Im mad health hospitals require patience that come in to where a mask, but when you going a new look at the employees, they are not wearing masks, they have their masks hanging down underneath their Chin or hanging from their ears, but more than not, theyre not wearing their masks so and I refuse to wear my mask, because I had my all my shots, they refuse to treat me and no so escorted me out very, very, very poor.Doc Harner is also just in it for the money

This place is a joke, they lie and are very rude and stuck up I would highly recommend going to GHS aka Prisma Health over these people. I’m disgusted and am tempted to call DHEC

My appointment was scheduled for 3. I spent over an hour in the waiting room and over 30 minutes in a separate room waiting for the doctor.

I have been going here for years. My grown children go here too. I have never had a Doctor or nurse that wasnt caring. They go the extra mile to take care of their patients. The whole staff from the moment you sign in are so friendly. I plan to stay with this Doctors office for years to come.

I have only been here twice so far. I am young and have multiple health issues. So sometimes I feel ignored or not listened to. However, my doctor (and resident) Tedra C Thomas is so lovely and helpful. She actually listens to me and does not make me feel crazy for bringing up whatever is bothering me.My only issue (and this could be my fault for my older records just now being sent) is I have been taking flexaril for years. Whether that’s right or not, I cannot say. I asked for a refill. I got 5 pills and no refills. When I asked about it, I was told that was the normal protocol for muscle relaxers. And it’s supposed to be short term. But I was unaware of it and had moved from another state. Otherwise, good experiences so far.

We absolutely love Dr. Danna Thompson and Dr. Baker Boles but both are graduating in June 2017 and be greatly missed. I can only offer prayers and for God to continue to bless both of them on their new adventures as Doctors in whichever area/path they choose to follow. You both have meant the world to my family and me. 😘👩‍🍳🎓😘👨‍🍳🎓

Unfortunately, the care I have received at this facility in the recent visits has been poor. Before now, I saw Dr. Baker-Boles (who was WONDERFUL) but he graduated. Now, there is a different resident for every appointment and none of them seem to review my chart before seeing me. No one seems to care at all. There also seems to be office drama going on that staff openly speak about where patients can hear them. (Hint-I could literally hear everything the nurse and doctor were discussing when I was in the room with the door shut. They might benefit from investing in sound machines). From beginning to end no one is on the same page, and they assume they know whats wrong with me before even speaking to me and hearing what I have to say. Bedside manner is very poor. This seems more like an ER visit, than on-going healthcare. Doctors Care in Anderson has been more attentive and helpful to me. I hate to leave this review, but I feel its important for people to know this before deciding to come here. Ive given this place many chances, knowing that no where is perfect and we all have bad days that might effect our work. However, each time is worse than before. Do your research.
