Everyone was very courteous and friendly and everything was explained to me in a manner that I could understand.

Clemson Eye is a great practice I had I had cataract surgery there they were real nice and good to me now load the doctors Doctor Garrett is a nice man and he was real considerate

How can I give this organization less than 1 star? DO NOT use Clemson Eye as any part of your eye care. These people have totally lost fact to who the customer is and how to serve the customer. For example: after an eye exam I asked the front desk for a itemized bill. They said they could only print the bill 24 hours after the exam. I had to wait 24 hrs for them to print a piece of paper!!!??? Clemson Eye get a clue!!!

It would have been great except for the 2 1/2 hour wait. And I did have an appointment. The staff and doctor were wonderful.

Personnel and treatment were friendly and efficient. My only concern was the uneven flooring of the rocky road tile. It is not very handicap friendly.

Went for my annual exam and check up. I normally go to the Clemson office but because I planned to be working in Anderson this month, I made the appointment at the Hwy 81 office. The staff were very courteous, friendly, and professional. I would recommend any of the offices of Clemson Eye.

I am very happy with Clemson Eye. Dr Roman is very knowledgeable and he takes his time explaining everything to you in a manner you can understand. Haven’t met a single staff member who wasn’t sweet and courteous. My only complaint is the enormously long wait times. It is normally a 2 hour wait after your appointment time and I have asked several other patients who stated this almost always the case. May want to change your scheduling a bit. Way too long a wait for elderly patients.

This is by far the greatest place I have been to for a thorough eye exam. All of the staff members treated me with dignity and kindness making sure i felt at ease by answering any questions I had concerning my vision.

Bad experience with Clemson Eye. I recently made an appointment because I had an eye irritation. When booking the appointment, I told them that I had COVID recently (it’s been longer than the 10 day CDC guidelines) and they said no problem. As I am in the way to the appointment this morning, I received a call from Krista and she says I can’t come in because I had COVID recently. I had already cancelled an appointment with my doctor so that I could see an eye doctor since they told me it was ok. Krista was not very nice to me and just said that if you had COVID recently that you can’t come in. No real guidelines and told me that because they are a private practice that they get to set their OWN guidelines (even though it didn’t seem there were any clear number of days, etc). Very rude and unfriendly.

Absolutely pleasant! I had a small cyst on my eye removed. It was so fast and painless. The staff was probably the nicest I have ever seen. The doc has a great personality and made me super comfortable. Not to mention, the building is one of the prettiest buildings I have ever seen. Thank you all! I would recommend to anyone e. The 4 stars are the grade I rate Clemson Eye Care in Anderson. I would have rated it a 5 but I will explain.I had done business at Clemson Eye in Clemson a few years back and had them put prescriptions in a pair of Costa sunglasses. Very happy with them until about 10 years the lenses started to streak. They were out of warranty so I had to park them but did change the lenses out with Costa sunglass lenses.I was at the Anmed campus across the street receiving an epidural injections for my back when I stopped in to get an appointment with Clemson Eye.The front office coordinated an appointment the next day. Perfect. My eye had something in it and needed attention quickly.I was told I would receive the pre-registration via email or phone text to prefilled. Never got it so I called and advised . 2 times, never got it.So I came in early,covid and masked, filled out tablet.Tiffany came right in and proceeded to get all of my info and screen reading dilation of eyes,full report.She was terrific.Moved into another office to see Dr. Garrett and upon introductions, we began. He found 2 round hard plastic balls that had gotten embedded underneath my eyelid. He got them out very quickly. Felt great.Conversation went to him saying I was A positive personality and I said yes and upon him leading me to checkout with 3 women upfront called me wild man and then looked at my Calloway golf hat with a Clemson tiger paw in it and said do I play golf?I said yes sir, he responded with how do you play golf being A positive person? I said nothing in response.Took the high road because I looked him up and realized he is a University of South Carolina grad and I am a Clemson University Grad. I had my ring on as well. I gave him business. I gave him respect, and I felt like he was offended by A positive people who follow Jesus daily. Maybe he is a B negative, who knows? Wasnt very professional in my opinion.He did a great job but Conversation was not pleasant to me.

The ladies have become more friendly and helpful (except one saying that I didn’t have a copay and I know that I’ve always had one - I guess I’ll just call their billing company soon or wait for the bill). Really that’s been my only issue. The doctors are great and keeping an eye on my eyes (pardon the pun lol).

I took my Uncle here once and felt the warm and caring atomsphere from staff and doctor. Now that Im having issues I prefer to go to this office even though there is one closer to home.

One of the very best eye care places I have been to since I moved to the upstate of South Carolina. I had recently started to lose vision in my left eye and they saw me immediately, were compassionate and took very good care of me. I went to Clemson Eye earlier this year (February 2019) for the first time based on things I had heard from family and other conversations. I am a fairly new resident of Anderson from Greenville. In the past I went to another large group in Greenville never any problems however Clemson Eye was certainly the most convenient option for me. I was not disappointed. From the get go they were great. I had not been for eye exam in several years prior to this visit. I was assigned to Dr. Glaser, he and the entire staff were friendly, helpful, and very attentive. Long story short, there were a number of things that needed attention and correction but I am “tickled pink”, amazed, and completely satisfied with my care and results. I would certainly recommend them for eye care.

I had lasik surgery tow years ago and Dr. Glaser did a wonderful job on my eyes and I am now able to see distance with a 20-20 vision; I do need glasses for close reading however. The staff at Clemson Eye is very customer oriented and my wife and I have regular visits to ensure our eyes are healthy. It is a very positive experience for both of us.

Dr. Glaser diagnosed my glaucoma and saved my eyesight with his highly skillful surgery. I am deeply grateful for such excellent care and treatment.

It was my first time and my last time going there! Went in and had my eyes examined and they asked how long have I been wearing glasses and I told them about 5 years and then the doctor just told I didn’t need glasses anymore. I asked why can’t I see at night and he told me I just didn’t need to drive at night

Clemson Eye is an outstanding organization ,you receive individual and professional eye care however, I had a very bad experience with one of the front staff member in the Anderson branch today ,she was very rude and that type of behavior is a pattern for this person.Dr.G. is a very kind and professional person he seems to sincerely care about the patient.

I took my wife in for eye pain. It was a very busy morning, and the staff and Dr Glaser pleasantly worked her in. They were caring and compassionate. Clemson eye is now our family’s optamologist.

Dr. Glaser was no help and could not answer simple questions. He mis- diagnosed my cataracts. I found out I do not need surgery after seeing a more competent doctor. The patient advocate sales Lady could not answer anything either. Their charges were much higher than other such operations in the Upstate. Steer clear from Clemson Eye, they are only in it for the high charges to patients. I wasted a lot of money for just walking in their door.

I had a simple cataract surgery with this bunch in 2014. quoted 3-4k total. surprised to get bill for over 4k from clemson and over 7500 from a surgery center. this is now in collections. with this bunch, get it itemized and in writing before you sign anything.
