I’m not sure if the woman I dealt with was having a bad day or she just mistook me as someone who would tolerate attitude. I’ve never been to any sort of facility like this before and I was uncomfortable and unsure of how things would go, the staff member cut me off when I was trying to explain what I was only told what I needed to ask for and not sure what the process actually consisted of and made several more condescending remarks before I finally snapped back at her with an attitude of my own, from that point she was more helpful and took time to explain things. Again I see there are several positive reviews about the staff so maybe I caught them on a bad day.

I was with me friend who went in for a test and we wittnessed the manager shamelessly berating someone. Clearly this woman has some mental health issues that she needs to get addressed. Her attitude was condescending, dismissive, unprofessional and downright rude. Very upsetting!

I love that the service is quick and the staff are so pleasant.They take appointments and there is no wait time as they actually take you straight back for your exam. The Doctor is very courteous and knowledgeable about DOT Medical Exams. Highly recommend!

These ladies are completely professional while putting you at ease. Blood draw was painless and successful the first time! It usually takes several tries on both arms. Recommend this company for any diagnostic needs!!!!

Worst customer service ! Manager Victoria hung up on me after I asked for them to be sure to please do this correctly because my candidate was driving over an hour for the 2nd time (they switched the specimen stickers and the test was rejected due to this. I was very professional and she just went off stating that theyre are other locations to do business. I was trying to keep my business with Accurate but she decided for me to take my business elsewhere. Dont give them business. THEY MESS UP AND GIVE YOU ATTITIDE FOR IT!

They are very slow I had to wait for several people to have drug test done before I was even addressed just for them to send me to another place that was already closed unprofessional and limited seating wouldnt want to go back
