After experiencing a horrid fall, I was referred to Central Indiana Orthopedics for further treatment of my fractured upper arm and shoulder injury. I was quickly offered an appointment and knew I wanted Dr Kay to treat my injury. All of the staff I have encountered have been amazing! Cheerful, polite, respectful and informative through this whole process. Dr Kay explained the complexity of my injury and exactly what we needed to do for the best result. He listens to my concerns and explains my xrays at each visit. The Physical Therapy Department is top notch and the therapists are amazing also. I know without a doubt that I have been given the best care possible and would happily refer Dr Kay and staff to anyone looking for top notch care.

Dr. Kay and his entire staffs are AWESOME. Listened to my concern and came up with a clear plan on how to take care of me. Very pleased.

The Nurse Practitioner that I saw Tonya, was very insightful patient she listened to all my concerns. And she even gave me some new insight and I felt very hopeful about my knee pain after leaving her! Highly recommend :-)

Had a left thumb arthroplasty in June performed by Dr Chen. Surgery went great and all the follow-up care was awesome. Saw Dr Chen yesterday and things have gone so well with OT & recovery that he released me from his care.

I had 2 surgeries performed and I am satisfied with the care I received. All the staff were courteous friendly and Nicholas Long, PA took the time to answer any questions I had. He answered very thoroughly. He too was very courteous friendly and knowledgeable. It was a very pleasant experience. Dr. Jerman was my surgeon and I would definitely recommend him to anyone regarding the type of surgery he performed on me. I would recommend CIO as a whole.

My 7 year old son had a closed reduction on his right wrist. He was treated at two facilities, Anderson and Fishers. He was extremely worried and nervous and the staff is outstanding. Janette, Natalie, the anesthesiologist and all the other staff members were amazing! Dr Chin coached us and helped us understand our choices. I honestly can’t say enough good things about our experience here. You guys are super awesome at what you do and it made a difference to our little boy.

Super awesome staff, very informative and honest about any issues you may be experiencing, having, or going through. Dr. Chen was excellent, and executed my surgery with the upmost professionalism.

The CIO staff are very helpful, from the front desk and registration through treatment. Based on my initial descriptions, I was taken to x-ray for images. The technician there was courteous and personable. After a brief wait I was seen by pleasant assistants and professionals who asked detailed questions and listened carefully to my responses.The x-rays identified the source of my pain, again carefully described. At my choice I was given a set of therapeutic exercises to do at home.I have been extremely pleased with CIO at every level. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have had several procedures done at CIO and I am always happy with the staff and the services that are provided. Everyone is always very friendly and respectful.

I would highly recommend Dr. Surtani. He, and his staff are excellent! His staff is professional and friendly. Dr. Surtani listens and always addresses my concerns. He is an amazing surgeon. My total knee replacement (February 2020) was very successful. And hell be my surgeon for my other knee, too.

Getting an appointment with Anderson CIO is pretty quick. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Doctor and MA explain everything prior to and during treatment. I will definitely be returning to Anderson office. Didnt feel like I was playing musical chairs (rooms) and hardly any wait before the surgeon came into room with x-ray results and consult.

I highly recommend Dr Chen and his staff. Also, the tech that did my MRI,,,, was so accommodating and made me feel at home. 🙂

Got right in for appointment. All were very nice and answered any questions I had at that moment.

Went to CIO after my doctor told me to go there to have my leg looked at, only to be told by the receptionist to go somewhere else. Would not even allow me to check in and see a doctor. VERY RUDE, DEFINITELY WOULD NOT REFER THIS SITE IN ANDERDON!

Very friendly and accommodating staff! Dr. Carter was great and Gilbert the cast technician was so patient with my 22 month old. He stopped in before it was our turn to try to get my son to warm up to him and it did relatively work! My son has had some medical issues that has led him to be terrified and inconsolable at doctors offices and while he didnt like it still, it was worlds better than other times. 10/10 would recommend!!

I was a bit frustrated that I wasnt told before I got to the doctor office that I would be seeing a PA instead of Dr. Jerman. I have had some PAs in the past with other doctors that I thought my visit was a waste of time and money. My husband and I were happy with Nick. He seemed very knowledgeable. I feel like he gave me good care/ exam and would be happy to have him again in the future.

I had my first visit yesterday on Wednesday April 28th and they all made me feel so welcome and like family. My Dr is doing everything to find out what all is going on with my wrist arm and neck. I would definitely refer anyone with the same symptoms as me to central Indiana orthopedics.

The entire staff at CIO are great even when you come to visit them every month with different family members and different injuries.

Dr Jones was great with me...... and Dr. Carter was great with me to.

I’m very happy with my doctor so I’m also very happy with the C I O, in Anderson.my doctor is a fantastic surgeon, he had to do a knee revision for me,, & now I’ve finally gotten over the infection I had so I’m going to have my knee replaced again & he’s going to be the doctor that’s doing it! Great listeners! They took several opportunities to make sure they understood what we were saying and verified what we were saying and checking for options and explaining the possibilities of different solutions!

This place has a long and inefficient office process. There are three different “check-ins”. It took two hours to see a doctor. I asked how long it would take and was told 10-15 minutes. Another couple asked and was told the same thing—each being incorrect but it forced us to stay. Expect long waits if you come here. Very unpleased.

Dr. Chen always knows the problem and gives me detailed information about solutions. I feel completely comfortable with his recommendations.

Haley is the best so personable This time i went for cortisone shots in both knees tho it hurts She kept things light I have seen improvement already All the staff in Dr Kays office are great

CIO is a place I would recommend. The wait time is fast. The nurse practitioners are very e efficient and take the time to answer your questions.

Briana was amazing... looked @ x-rays, did comprehensive exam of my knee visual & functional, shared diagnosis. Then, most importantly, took the time with her model of the knee to explain exactly what we were seeing On x-ray and how that made sense related to my symptoms. Offered more assistance... crutches, brace than I was willing to accept. Finally, gave me her card & said don’t hesitate to contact me if anything changes.

Everyone from the front desk to the nurses and doctors have always treated me in a most professional manner !

Very friendly staff, and nurse practitioner Sheri Bennett was very helpful and went above and beyond to help figure out what was wrong and what we could do to fix it and explained things so that it was easy to understand, I have a rare disorder and not very many health care providers show interest in helping me when they are told I have something they know nothing about, not her she even showed interest in learning about what I had. Definitely would recommend her as an orthopedic. The only complaint I had was the wait sitting in the waiting room to be taken back was pretty long, but with the pandemic going on I know extra measures are being taken to keep people distant and that probably played a factor in the matter they take patients back to see the doctors.

Nick Long is an understanding provider. He takes time to listen to his patients’ concerns and explores options that are acceptable to both the provider and the patient. He is sincere and compassionate.

I really love the drs and staff at Central Indiana Orthopedics in Anderson. I have had both knees replaced by Dr Graybill and would highly reccomend him.

Dr.Jones is the best doctor I went in for my big toe and was in and out within 2 hours I was told to the Er to go to the orthopedic to follow up he told me I popped a vaine in my toe that’s why it was black and blue and should heal on its own gave me some pain meds and I feel so much better

I visited CIOs facility in Anderson, IN for evaluation of hand pain. The staff were all very friendly, competent, and patient with my questions. Dr. Chen was thorough in his explanation of what was ailing my hands and presented several options for treatment, with cortisone injections being my choice, which he administered with as little pain to me as possible. Highly recommend CIO of Anderson for your orthopedic needs.

Dr. Kay and his staff were very nice very efficient they found my problem and got it fixed and got me out of there as quickly as they could without being rushed or rude.

They are very kind and courteous. They communicate very well about your problem or needs. Definitely will recommend them to family and friends. Dr. Chen has operated on the majority of my fingers due to trigger finger. He is great. Scars are hardly visible if visible at all.

I come every 3 months for shots in my knees. Everyone is always pleasant. They give several options for appointments. They send reminders so I don’t forget. If I have questions they are always answered. I have had surgeries from this group and they were always successful. I would highly recommend this group.

This doctor knows her stuff. Everybody kept saying Your MRI is normal. She took one look and sent it back to the radiologist for him to review and reinterpret findings. I was like ok doc.
