I was seen promptly - a few minutes before my appt, Caitlyn did a very good job prepping me and Dr. Waters repaired my tooth with no pain including the needle stick. Was out in less than an hour.That’s the way it’s supposed to be; that was the way I expected it to be, and your office met my expectation.

I really cant say enough about how wonderful I think Dr Waters and his staff are. They are all so sweet and inviting. From the time you walk in the door until you leave it is a wonderful experience. I really hate having to go to the dentist but I know I have to. They treat me with such respect and compassion. I have cried with them and shared with them and they have helped me feel good about smiling again. They care about me and that means a lot. They have really made a huge difference in my confidence and well being. They seem like family. I’ve been a patient of Waters Family Dentistry for many years. Today was no different than any other one. Appointment started on time, friendly staff, and easy to set up next appointment. I was in and out in 45 minutes for a routine teeth cleaning!

Due to a bad experience with a dentist in the past, i had an irrational fear of them. I had dental issue and no other choice but to finally get the issue resolved. I was recommended to go see Dr waters. To say I was shaking when I walked in to the office Is putting it mildly. From the start, the staff was friendly, answered any questions. Dr waters came in and I told him I was scared. He took his time. Was very gentle, explained everything he was going to do and helped lower my fear level. This visit definitely took away lowered my anxiety. My next visit will not be as stressful. Dr waters is a very kind and understanding Dr who does whatever he can to make his patients feel comfortable. Also, thank you to his assistant who let me hold her hand an at one point. I hope she has the feeling back in her hand. I HIGHLY recommend the Waters Family Dentistry.

I chipped my front tooth and it looked terrible. Dr. Waters fixed it and it looks wonderful. I cant even tell he did anything because it looks so much like my real tooth did.

I was highly pleased by the care I received at my appointment today at Waters Family dentistry. I had lost a filling in a right back upper molar--adjoining my wisdom tooth. It was an extremely difficult location forDr. Waters to access and work on, but he accessed it with great care and skill.I requested and received a strong dose of Novacaine, and that plus DR. Waters care and concern to minimize my discomfort resulted in this difficult filling being performed with as little pain as possible. Dr. Watersasked me to let him know any time I was having pain, and I did so. Then he would find a way to reduce or eliminate the pain--including at one point giving me additional Novacaine in a different spot.I am extremely pleased that Dr. Waters is my dentist. I dont think that anyone could have done better work on this difficult rear molar. And Iam very grateful to him taking such care and extra time to minimize my pain.Francis Fant
