I woke up first thing in the morning after flossing, and getting ready for work when my crown suddenly popped off. Is anyone whos had this experience in the past or know someone who has had this experience, it is extremely inconvenient, and with a very sensitive tooth can be a challenge to do daily functions. I called Dr. Fredricksons office and immediately got serviced. What surprised me more than getting booked, was I was in an out of their practice in 18 minutes from the time I walked into the practice, they sent me immediately into the dental office chair, and started working on me. It was painless, staff was extremely friendly, Dr. Malia Fredrickson extremely professional and I highly recommend their entire practice to anyone looking for dental services in the Seneca South Carolina market. To say that I am highly pleased with todays service is a great understatement. I give them the highest review that a customer can give in a time of emergency and inconvenience they took care of me without asking me any questions and just did it with a smile. Go see them!

My visit was very thorough and professional. Dr. Fredrickson and all of the dental associates were friendly, gentle, efficient and wonderful. The office is professional, low key and very concerned with their patients. I feel that I received excellent care and would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

I had a broken crown and needed it fixed fast. I came to Dr. Ross and was anxious about what to expect as well as if I could get it fixed properly. All of my fears turned out to be for nothing. Everyone was so nice and helpful and I got the crown fixed better than it had been to begin with.
