I had an issue regarding a charge that should not have been on my account and even on the weekend someone started working on it.

On line payment service is too frustrating. Such a progressive company with an out dated and not user friendly service is amazing. Just try to set up payments on a new loan, was transferred three times with no help!!! Finally found someone who reluctantly took my payment over the phone.

Members 1st has very friendly staff. I have a Truck loan through them. The process was quick and Painless (as can be....)
