October 11, 2021My husband and I came to anmed cardiology diagnostic office for him to have a scheduled stress test. NO ONE FROM THIS EXCUSE FOR A PROFESSIONAL OFFICE CALLED HIM TO LET HIM KNOW THAT HE COULD NOT HAVE SOMEONE WITH HIM IN THE LOBBY DURING THIS TIME. Now I am waiting for 3 1/2 hours in my car. We live over an hour away so going back home is not an option. We have been vaccinated and wear a mask. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!!!

They have a new receptionist.... She was given instructions to scan your insurance card... But, if you already have been doing business with this place for many years and they have your CURRENT insurance information on file, that is not good enough! I was denied medical care on a scheduled appointment with my regular doctor because the newbie desk clerk didnt have the common sense to ask somebody with a little experience in this doctor shop to figure out what to do in this situation. I suspect my lawyer will love this case... Hes a total ambulance chaser and works on a percentage.

Dr.Henderson and his staff are just fantastic caring, highly professional team. They explain everything clearly and they are there when you need them.. I cant say enough about this practice.
