This was my first visit at Cindys and I am thrilled! My nails are just how I asked her to do them. The shape is beautiful and theyre not thick and chunky like other places I have been. I was able to get in and out very quickly. The staff was very pleasant and the prices were fair. Im so happy with my experience!

It was my first time there and I had a wonderful experience I got a foul set of nails elsewhere yesterday and she cleaned them right up after quite a bit of work. I am very happy. I am very happy i found a good place to get my nails done regularly. 🖤 thank you

I went to go pamper myself and I decided to go to Cindys to get my nails and feet done. Waited over an hour in the pedicure chair & never got me feet done, they moved me to get my nails done by Cindy and she was rude, rushing to do my nails, they weren’t even, they were not the shape, length. Cindy was also throwing my hand to the side hard when she finish one hand and switched to the other. Her attitude was as if she didn’t want to do my nails. Cindy husband painted my nails and rushed to paint them that the paint isn’t painted neatly , you can see the paint strokes, I have lumps in my paint and I told him you can’t rush when using white polish & he told me then I should have went somewhere else. I have never been so disrespected and disappointed in a nail shop

Cindy is THEE BEST nail tech in Anderson . It’s only her husband , sister and herself that works in the shop so sometimes you have to wait a little longer than other places but other than that she’s awesome . She’s the only one that can shape my nails perfectly . She does and amazing job and her husband give the best pedicure!! Cindy is very friendly and down to earth !!

Havent lived in Indiana in over 3yrs and used to be a regular. Came here for the first time after moving since Im visiting the city and away from my home nail salon, only to get quite disappointed and dissatisfied highly with the poor quality of service and professionalism. Had a gel mani and Pedi done - at least the Pedi was decent but still terrible, after I told them my light calluses I had were still quite rough even after she went over them LIGHTLY twice in a hurry with lack of attentiveness. Telling Cindy Ive had my Pedi done at other salons who have been able to smooth the calluses down to my satisfaction but Cindy then rebuttals my complaint that if the tech had did it further Id bleed. Which wouldnt have been the case if the calluses werent filed well with attentive care.Even worse my nails... Omgosh the worst manicure in natural nails Ive ever had, even by Cindys tech. This tech was so careless- cut my cuticle causing bleeding on one nail. The tech couldve waited to stop the bleeding before continuing but was in a rush still that she kept doing my nails despite the continued bleeding to have blood on my finished nails, around the edges, and under my nails which still bleed an hr after I left. I complained too about the unsatisfied service to Cindy. Explained my dissatisfaction and shouldnt had have to pay full price for the mani service. Asked since the clear dissatisfaction would she at least take a few dollars off like $5 for a $35? Instead she was being hungry and said she couldnt give me a discount and sometimes accidents happen. Pretty much that was the excuse she used to refuse even a few dollars off of service. Thats ok bc I didnt leave a tip bc it was undeserved rightfully so. Ill never go and will never recommend anyone to use any services here as there seems to be no care for the quality of service they give. Just a money hungry business owner taking advantage of the business she provides w/o care of her clients - regular or not.

They did a very poor job on my pedicure so I went back the next day to have them fix it but they refused and she told me my feet still looked bad because I have dry skin. I ended up going to Le Nails and they were able to get me right.

Employees are friendly and respectful. Any design you can find as they figure out!! Loving it

Terrible place. The workers are extremely rude and hang up on you when you are trying to make an appointment. When I got my eyebrows done there for the first time she took almost my whole eyebrow off. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. If I could rate it 0 I would.
