They took excellent care of my Great-Grandma Dunham who had Alzheimer’s. She was a resident here for several years and was always treated with so much love and kindness from all of the staff! Thank you for all that you do!

I love the therapy team Monica, Sam, and Kammeron. Thank you to the 5 star nurses and CNAs, Betty H, James, Sam H, Kaylee, Jenny, Mand, jay, and gracie. Thank you to nurse practitioner and also Brandon and Chrissy, thank you all so much for being so nice.

You can feel the difference as soon as you walk in. This building is clean and odor free! The staff is caring and welcomes all who visit. The nursing care is top quality. Best nursing facility in Anderson!

Put an application in weeks ago for the pcs position. Have called every day to be told “they would call me back.” Still no call. Extremely frustrating for a single momma trying to change her and her children’s lives.

Great place to work and great care

Wow.... front desk was on personal call for about ten minutes while I was waiting Togo see my friends, didn’t know where his room was. Hallways smelled real bad. Friend staying hasn’t been getting his rehab after second day there, supposed to have it daily. Wouldn’t put anyone in this place. Felt awful for the older people rolling down the halls.

They where very nice to my mother before she passed and I thank them for that.

First, their nursing staff and PT are excellent, but the post care we received has been so astronomically awful that I now wish I could give them negative stars.When it came time for my mothers discharge, instead of having them reach out, I (at the POA and advocate) had to reach out a number of times and literally force a meeting with the social worker. She made a number of promises for both services and equipment (including a bed, which should have been arranged BEFORE she came home)Three weeks have now passed since her discharge and nothing has advanced, despite calls and messages to both management and the social worker. I have had to refer the heavily needed items to our PCP (which was set up a couple of days later) and I am still trying to get my mother a bed, which she desperately needs (all I have gotten is excuses from the staff and management at Edgewater). I will be going to the PCP for that as well.Calling the line they leave on all the feedback is completely useless. I was on the phone with them for over 20 minutes and barely got past the facility and address- the person taking the info was that slow and rude. So in summary. care is good, but pray that you dont need anything done by management for aftercare, or it will be a nightmare.

Staff members are very rude and management is even worse wouldnt leave my worse enemy there seen them let one older woman lay on the floor in the hallway overnight
