I go here weekly to get my allergy shots. The staff is all very friendly, and I love that they have more hours open than the Clemson location.

Ive been a patient at the Anderson location for 2 years. Ive always experienced good care until recently. I called and told them I was experiencing an allergy attack but couldnt come in to the office because I had been exposed to Covid 3 days before. The nurse said she would call me back but never did. Poor service and a lack of professionalism.

Very difficult to work with. They never answer my phone calls to schedule shots and they never call back after I leave a message. I hear something different from every employee and it seems to be very disorganized.

When in office, everyone is very polite and helpful. But my infant son had to have an allergy test done and as I waited to hear from them with the results I had to call multiple times after waiting weeks and after a month I finally got someone to call me back and they said the doctor hadn’t even looked over the results. So once she finally did I received another call with the results and a referral to a GI and was told to wait for the GI to call me to make the appointment. Well once again I waited another month and finally called and got a call back to have to explain to someone for 5 min that THEY had referred him to someone not that I was calling about a referral TO them and once the lady understood she got someone else on the phone to break the news to me that my infant must have “fell through the cracks” and that she was sending the referral now. I am very disappointed in this experience. My son was about 6 months when I had to give him CPR until EMS could arrive which let us to this place and I would assume such a serious situation with such a small child would call for more urgency. I seriously hope someone sees this and makes sure this doesn’t happen to someone else’s child in the future.

Ive been going to this facility for years. When Dr. Liddle moved to this location, I followed her. When she left I start seeing Jenifer Peters. One thing I can say about her: Shes on it with here patients. She shows so much concern. Yolanda has been there many of years and I just love her!!! Also the staff is very friendly. I recommend this Facility to in and everyone that needs an Allergy Doctor.

They are the best and I have been taking my daughter for the last 5 to 6 yrs. I wouldnt take her anywhere else!
