We have the best, loving staff ever. We took care of covid patients better then our own family. We love them. We make them smile and we hold thier hands when comfort is needed.

Very Responsible Staff, Professional... Monica McFerran went out of her way to assist us and was extremely Professional and Caring!

My husband was in Bethany pointe and had to wait an hour or more for his light to be answered. When he was taken to his room from dinner they would always say they had to take care of other patients then return to assist him to bed but they never returned. He lost endless items of clothing by allowing them to do his laundry, I can only imagine where it all went! He was very prematurely discharged the day after I made a formal complaint.The biggest mistake was sending my husband home with another patients medications amd his home with someone else.The reason for the 3 stars is the staff members who do go above and beyond as if it were their own family.

The best place in Anderson IN staff work hard the one I see work the hardest is Brandi Carraco she puts her all in to it ever day she amazing shes work every weekend and all the Family love her Ive heard residence be down when she aint at work on her days off so great place I trust Bethany Pointe with any of my family or my self to take of us

I wouldnt have ANY of my family or friends come here to this place. Alot goes on behind closed doors here. Lacking cleanliness...short staffed. Bad attitudes with management. It is a revolving door. I would highly suggest having your family member or loved one stay elsewhere. Trust me if you want them having the quality of care they deserve, you wont find it here.

This is a beautiful health campus that offers exceptional care to its residents! This campus deserves an A+!

The heart of the staff who work here is amazing. I am constantly in awe about how much the people who work here love their residents.
