I love this place and Dr. Keile been with him for years and Im greatful to have him and this place in my life!!!

Went from 5 stars to 3 star. NP Hessler was absolutely wonderful- when you can actually get a appointment. Heaven forbid you get a new job- they will leave you high and dry with no options but to let your mental health deteriorate.Sometimes they call to schedule an appt- sometimes you have to call. Just counts on how they feel that week.

Worst experience of my life with billing and staff here. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. I came here to get help as my mental health was dwindling, but instead they made it worse and created more problems for me.

Would give this place 0 stars if possible. Unprofessional and HIPPA violators. Do not come here if you do not want the entire town seeing your medical information.

Im so upset, 2/19/2020, I got a call two hours prior to my minor childs 1st appointment that they are cancelling it due to weather! We live in Alaska one, two the provider is via teladoc in a different state, three Im being called from the office! My child missed classes and Im not scheduled to work today thank goodness. Poor first impression! Now we have to wait 10 more days and hope that doesnt get get canceled with only a two hour notice! So disappointed Monarch.

Started seeing them a couple weeks ago for my sons issues. They called me up today and said that they were not going to help my son out because of me.who wins in the situation nobody basically denied a child any kind of Help for his ADD instead she insulted my family very unprofessionally as far as I’m concerned don’t take your children there because they will just cut them off mid sentence and be careful they have video cameras everywhere and they’re watching your every move. Will they put you on pause when you’re seeing someone down south on a computer screen all they’re doing is watching you be where of that so don’t pick your nose! Regardless they have no right because they have a problem with me to take it out on my child. If there was a zero rating that’s what I give them as far as I’m concerned they help me in the past what’s another provider by the way same down south looking at a computer screen but as far as a child is concerned he doesn’t understand the fact that they’re watching him no matter what they do and say and he is the only one that is suffering because of this not me not my husband my child. It is far as I’m concerned he was with my child he messed with the wrong kid. I’ve already begun my BBB statement and consulted an attorney and I believe that anybody who goes there and gets filmed do the same thing. And I’m so glad the attorney said I have a very solid case it was worth the time I’m glad that I’m retired and I can take the time to make sure that no one else gets film behind their back while they’re going to the bathroom or any of that Nonsense.

Leska has been my mental health provider for years. I called all over town and no one was taking on new client . I will forever be grateful to her for how she has helped me

Called Monarch to make an appt. for my mental health, which I have personally noticed was not up to par. Monarch would not even make an appt until I had a referral. I believe that mental health is to not be taken lightly. Why do I need a referral? Youre not a knee, back or cancer specialist. This is MENTAL HEALTH!! Needless to say I will not use them nor would I ever refer them to anyone else.

I highly appreciate Leska and Im sad that she is no longer there.
