Poor communication between Doctors and front desk staff.Asking for a prescribed medication I need and it seems like it will take me a lot of hope and prayers before I can get any answers. Doctors cant look at my medical records because they are busy all day long. I can understand because of the pandemic things are rough right now,but how come when Doctors get there in the morning before they start their day,can at least they look at the notes,messages and unsolved/unfollowed cases they have from the prior day?Is that too much to ask?!!

My daughter waited almost 3hrs, than got told that the Doctor just left for lunch, and have to wait a little longer. We left without being seen, very poor communication from the receptionist, was told 1hr was the wait time when my daughter arrived without an update, 3hrs later the doctor is at lunch.
