TLC is hands down the best care provider in Anchorage. Tracy, the owner is honest and endearing. She is hands on and responsive, exactly the kind of person you would want to entrust your 98 year old father to.

These folks provide a much-needed service (transport an in-patient client post procedure, and settle the client in at home, as needed) at a very reasonable charge. Service arrangements were easy to make, and reliably delivered. They earned my trust, my repeat business, and my confident recommendation.

TLC is everything those initials stand for. Tender loving care. I started working for them when they opened in 2015. TLC is compassionate, caring and always there for their clients and employees. I worked with one of the owners before TLC opened and working with her before is one of the reasons I joined the TLC staff. Knowing her before and knowing what she stood for, I trusted that when she joined two others in opening the company that the values and ethics would be great. I was not wrong. Anytime a client needed something or a shift needed covered, TLC made sure whatever needed done, got done. Very caring, compassionate, company. I have referred them out to several people and when I have a family member in need TLC is whole I will be calling.

Since we left TLC our care giver has never been late, always arrived on days and time she was scheduled, never requested to leave early. It was about a year that I worked for TLC. Solid company to work for, I learned alot about the medical field and got a ton of hands on training. if youre looking to enter the medical field, this job not only provides good hands on with clients but also gas mileage reimbursement and the flexibility to complete classwork. My client grew very attached to me and treated me like a son and Im still very much in touch with his family. Wash those hands friends.

Was a great place to work, the patients were awesome and sweet but the management was very unprofessional. When I applied for the job they said they would give me patients in the valley when I moved and when that time came management was very rube and defensive. When i had a problem or a concern management would get very defensive and have an attitude toward me. I had two patients, one lived in Chugiak and one in Anchorage and they only gave me 10 mins to get to the other patients house. I eventually got tired of the transit and the unprofessionalism I put in my two weeks notice and quite.
