One of the ladies at the front desk was a bit ..rude as if she didn’t want to answer my questions and made me feel like my questions were stupid to ask. the blonde one wearing a black shirt with pink flowers. . Hire a better receptionist . But the doctor was amazing ! Love her energy.

The whole team was great. From intake to the exam. Dr. Begin also was very thorough and explained why I was having issues. Made sure that I knew if my headache and strain did not clear up to come back and let him know. Great experience and I will be back when I need my next exam.

Dr. Begin is always right to the point on whats happening with my eyes/ vision & he doesnt muddy up his message with a bunch of medical jargon that the average person wouldnt comprehend. Top notch in my opinion.

Dr Begin is an amazing doctor. He is very detailed in his work and gives such a fantastic experience for adults and children. My daughter had her first eye exam with him and he determined she needed glasses. I would recommend any first timer eye exams to see him. You will have a great experience.

Each and every time I have an appointment at this office I have been greeted by a warm and friendly staff. My appointments have always been on time and my insurance questions answered. Whether trying contacts, glasses or sunglasses- my experiences have been nothing but excellent. Would highly recommend.

I was able to find out what happened with my right eye

5 appointments, 3 different doctors, and my contacts still dont fit correctly. I lost my glasses in August and made an appointment here to get a new prescription and get fitted for contacts. The lenses I needed to get fit correctly werent on hand so I had to keep coming back for adjustments. My last appointment before they wrote a superscription, they used two different contact types and when I pointed out that one was a daily and one was a two week, they brushed it off. Finally, I got a written prescription and went and ordered my contacts at Costco. After about 10 days I switched back to glasses, my right contact never felt comfortable.I made an appointment for today (12/3/16) and whichever doctor I saw (he never introduced himself) was overly skeptical and kept questioning and commenting about how weird it was that the contacts he fit me for in August suddenly didnt fit correctly. This was still my FIRST batch of contacts using the prescription they wrote; nothing was suddenly, they NEVER fit correctly in the first place and I had NEVER seen this doctor before today. I was given a sample pack of the SAME uncomfortable right-eye contacts and told to take the ones I ordered back to Costco. This entire experience lasted less time than I waited in the lobby to be seen. His demeanor and the service was unacceptable.I will NOT be back to the McDonalds of eye care.I strongly encourage you to go somewhere else that will take their time, has the expertise to do things correctly, and will treat you with respect.
