Just got a cleaning done and it was an excellent experience! Nadia did my cleaning and she was very informative recommended things that I should try or do differently for my gum and teeth health. The administering of the shot to numb for the crown replacement by the dental hygienist was brutal. It turned out to be 3 shots, including an errant stab into the tongue; twenty minutes later the dentist had to give me two more. Was sore as hell 30 hours later. Ive grown to dislike these dental boutiques: obvious quick mass production for maximum profits while customer care takes a back seat. Im planning to look for the old-school dentist who actually does the hands-on work.

I had to get emergency crown in Anchorage on a front tooth after an injury. The Libby Group got me in immediately, got a custom color match, and a tooth that looks totally natural and feels great in less than two weeks. The staff and doctors are wonderful and helped ease my worries about getting my first crown. Also, their COVID precautions are top-notch. I wish I lived here so I could make them my regular dentist! Cannot recommend enough.

Dr Libby replaced an old crown for me on a tooth I had a past root canal. He recommended no anesthetic If I didn’t want it and to my surprise I didn’t feel ANY discomfort. From the digital impression to the reshaping of the tooth to the placement of the crown, still no discomfort and my new all porcelain crown looks like a natural tooth again! I am so thankful for Dr. Libby. He purchased a Dental Clinic from another Dentist who put a diamond in my tooth probably 10 years ago. I moved to AZ recently, and lost my diamond a couple weeks ago. Dr. Libby and his staff at TLG are amazing. I cant speak highly enough about them. I have been to a few dentists over the last few years, as I have battled Meth, and horrible addiction. After detailed consultation, Dr. Libby, came up with a perfect game plan to get me to where I desired to be. My mouth used to be in rough shape, but after, multiple skin grafts and oral surgeries, Dr, Libby has me able to whistle a tune again. I called the Libby Group due to a tooth issue I was having and from the moment I talked to a friendly voice from the Libby Group they took care of me. Without a prior appointment they worked me in to see Dr Libby with in 30 minutes. When you crest the stairs to enter the Libby Group Dentist office, be prepared to see multiple smiling faces. I was offered water before getting comfortable in my seat. I was not in my waiting room seat more than 5 minutes before one of the hygienist came to get me. Very personable, she talked about football with me and seemed very genuine. Dr. Libby greated me, very friendly and caring about my concern for the pain I was having. Within, minutes he had explained to me what was going on with my teeth. Dr. Libby kept it simple for me to understand the cause of my issue and the resolution. I was extremely happy with my care and have always felt welcomed there. The out of pocket expense was more then reasonable. If you are looking for a Dental provider I highly recommend Dr. Libby and Dr. Howell alone with their staff. They Rock!!!
