My good friend lost her husband recently and chose this organization for his cremation. I have been extremely unhappy with what she has shared with me and would never choose them for a future need. What has bothered me the most is she was told it isnt their policy to allow family to view the deceased prior to the cremation, but it could be arranged for an additional fee. They told her she could go to a local church to pray or sit in her car in the parking lot during the process. This of course would require them to call her before they began, which they agreed to. The day she thought he was to be cremated came and went, so she called the following morning only to learn that his cremation had been completed and his remains were ready to be picked up. They essentially denied her the closure she needed. I feel that they have been terribly unprofessional and this care is not what I would expect from a funeral home. I could not, in good conscious, recommend this company for your final arrangement needs.
