I strongly recommend avoiding this practitioner. I met with her the day after my father died unexpectedly after being referred by the VA. She appeared to be quite competent. However, she then replied to me as an afterthought (after I called to confirm the next appointment) that she was unable to further see me as a patient based largely on information she had when she made my follow-on appointment in the first place. She also inserted several unsubstantiated deductions about my treatment plan that were either unfounded or patently false. Her cavalier attitude toward my treatment is shocking in any health specialist but definitely in one who seems to style herself as some sort of trauma-informed advocate for vulnerable patients. I would not recommend this woman to my worst enemy and certainly not a friend. While she comes across initially as professional, she ultimately ended up placing her own agenda over patient care (or at least that was my informed impression based on her behavior). These are all my own impressions based on her abhorrent behavior over a limited period of time. Perhaps she isn’t purposely trying to retraumatize veterans who have faced severe psychological stress. Either way, that was the effect for me during my blessedly limited time with her.
Have not been able to call office. Phone Numbers listed are disconected. Very little information about practice or provider is online.
