I am disappointed, I purchased my item two weeks ago, and discovered I picked up a blond brow pomade. I am a brunette so blond does not work for me. When I noticed this was blond, I immediately brought the unopened package back the following week without the receipt. Explained that I am a member and the package is unopened. The cashier checked with the manager and I was told no this item although not the right color for me cannot be returned. I have since found the receipt and your business needs to update your guarantee. When I left the store, I thought to myself I never want to chop here again. When I left the store i thought I never want to shop there again***UPDATE*** Wow, Maries quickly responded and offered to accept the return, I changed the rating, I am thankful and trust this store will accept my return. AWESOME

Got a Russian manicure from Julie. Awesome work! They look gorgeous and feel like they will last for a long time. Not painful like some other manicures. Ask her about some local places to eat/visit!

Not a huge selection of beauty supplies. Prices are pretty high for a beauty supply. More inline with salon prices.

I’ve never received services there, but I purchase much of my hair and nail care products there. They’re always friendly, helpful, fun, and professional! The points don’t hurt, either!

Marie’s always has what I need. I dye my own hair and they have the best products. They also have really great pedicure materials.

Every professional hair, skin, nail product you can think of. Id give it a 5 star but the prices are so high unless your a professional.

STACY! She is the curly hair guru and she cuts all my sisters and my hair! I would trust her with any curly or wavy, thick hair!!! I am super picky and she will work with me and fix anything if the curls don’t fall right after I wash it myself! Love her!

I had a great experience with Marie’s Beauty Salon & Supply. They greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, and Stacey did a great job with cutting my hair. I am always hesitant with getting a haircut due to past experiences, but she really listened to what I wanted. Also, very reasonable prices!

The girls at work asked me if I needed help about 25 times in the 20 minutes I was in the store other than that goos selection of good product so thats a plus

Marie’s is a relaxing, pleasant place to go for a mani/pedi. I’ve had services from both of their nail artists, and they are both very good. I went in today for the first time since they reopened, and felt very safe. They are following all safety protocols.Kao Lee did my mani/pedi today. She is on time, very pleasant and professional. She does an awesome job with my ingrown nails. I highly recommend her!

I had never been here before. I was a little intimidated by the price for a mens haircut, but it was well worth the price. Courtney cut my hair. Five stars to that chick! She was very funny and comfortable. She put a lot of time and effort into the cut and style. She was not rushed or anxious at all, as I have observed and experienced at other salons. I have gotten my haircut in NY, AZ, and Alaska. I used to donate my hair at Marie’s and really was not impressed with the cut the last time I had it done, so I found somewhere else to go. I came back to Marie’s and fell in love with what Brittany F. does with my hair. I love the cut, the colors she puts on to cover the gray with purple, the willingness to listen to whatever I’m thinking about with my hair, her knowledge of the products without being a pushy sales person, plus the use of the app. I highly recommend Brittany F. to my friends. Whenever I travel, I don’t go to anyone but wait to see her. She is an asset of your business.

Incredibly large selection of hair care and personal beauty care supplies. Name brand product lines with hard to find brands. You feel like you are buying wholesale.

Didn’t listen to me saying I wanted one length on the entire top. One side looks like a baby chicken and the other is about an inch longer. I look like a failed want to be emo-UpdateWent back to the shop and had it evened out. It’s really short, and not the usual style, but it looks a lot better. Good customer service. Must be very vocal and and repetitive to get the proper cut. A bit uncomfortable voicing wants and explaining.

Im a hair product junkie, so I was super stoked to check this place out. I walked in and saw a girl at the front counter. She looked at me then looked away. I started to browse. Two other women came from another part of the store and kinda just stood in the doorway and stared. So i said a akward hello and asked if they sold to the public. The one lady said yes and they continued to stare. My first thought was maybe they were waiting for me to show my cosmetology license but at that point I realized they were just being rude and lacked customer service skills. I quickly left. I wanted to look at all the products they sold but could not stand the quiet cold stares. Umm just a tip. You all need to GREET YOUR CUSTOMERS when they enter. A friendly hello will not hurt. Instead of just staring maybe ask if i need any help finding anything??? Customer service is extremely important. Ill just order my salon products online or find another place to shop.

My last experience there was very unprofessional and lack customer service. When my hair stylist Stacy sat me down, I began to try to start a conversation with her and immediately felt uncomfortable. This has not been the first time. I told her I decided not to get a haircut because I am still growing out my hair from a few years ago when hollay cut my hair real short and it was bad. I hated it. I tried other hair salons but couldnt find a hairstylist I liked so I went back to Maries beauty salon and decided to try my luck with stacy. I was very dissatisfied with my last hair color and poor customer service. I felt discriminated against by not only stacy but her coworker hollay who messed up my hair really bad a few years ago. I wasnt asked if I wanted a magazine. Stacy left me sitting there n didnt come back to check on me after she said she will be back to check on me, than she gave my a bum shampoo job, left a big mark on my forehead, dried my hair funny, didnt use any conditioner or mousse or asked if I wanted my hair styled since I been seeing her. I had appointment on march 13th at 12:00 and left about one thirty dissatisfied with my hair and with my service. Stacy was very quiet and wasnt friendly at all. I was fixing my hair for church last Sunday and notice that behind my head my hair had white streaks. She did not color the long portion of my hair but only did around my scalp. This morning I noticed that my white is already starting to show on top front. Its a waste of my time and money. I would like to have my money refunded. I took a chance going back to Maries beauty salon after my hair was ruined a few years back and I did complain about hollay. I will not be going back again. I miss my hairstylist Diana whom always did an excellent job on my hair, she had her own perfect hairstyle that she did on my hair and I always left feeling happy and my hair always smelled so good. Now when I leave Im not happy and I dont smell or even look like I even was at the Beauty Salon. I dont like their prejudice attitude and their customer service. Please give me a refund or do the job right.

Hello I have donated my hair when I was a teenager and my hair grows pretty fast and would like to donate aging how long does it have to be to donated and was wondering how many times can u donate because I think it would be awesome to see how many times I can donate when it gets long enough to donate aging and also I love the fact that it gives back to theses kids that needed it I mean my hair can keep growing and theres cant so why not do some good with it I hope to hear back from you have a awesome day

I donated 23 inches to Locks of Love so the haircut was FREE! Its been a month since I got my hair cut and it STILL LOOKS FABULOUS!! I will be going back to them again for sure!!

2nd worst hair cut ever then tries to say Im a bad customer? So what if I am its still a BAD hair cut!!! & I still paid $48. for it. For that amount of $$ I would expect better! Its not just my opion that the cut is bad ..... husband, boss, friends. The stylist came in late & must of only heard me say what I didnt want. It looked almost the same of the person before me. She must only know one cut.
