No sick people in the emergency waiting room and my baby daughter is waiting for more than 2 hours to see a doctor. What a poor service.

Kaiser is a good company but not when it comes to this ER. I waited 5+ hours to get a bed. It seems every time there might be a chance, another person comes in in worse condition and takes your spot. I was vomiting on and off the whole time, writhing in pain. I know that part isnt the ERs fault but shouldnt they have more staff and/or space for the demand??If you live in OC Id say go to the Irvine ER before ever coming here. Theyre much more efficient and organized. Please do better.

These reviews are misguided people not understanding everyone in coming into the er for anything these days the team on 8-26-21 helped me out tremendously The nurses and doctors did a great job theyre doing their best to treat everyone no reason to leave bad reviews, its understandable youre in pain or want to be looked at but no reason to give this kaiser a bad rep ive been to plenty of different ers from ontario to riverside and anaheim is by far the best er ive been to thank you again for all the help and the team that helped me out !

Doctor EUM in the emergency department is one of a kind. He’s very informative and asks precisely about your pain and really seems like he cares.Examines you & ask about any history and life history. Just a genuine doctor! Great Job man!Great job Doctor , you deserve 5 stars and beyond .Also nurses and the people who check you in are excellent as well, this visit was one of a kind .Great job Kaiser! Keep going!!

We have had to make several visits here. I am very clumsy and also have a VERY active 5 year old son lolEvery time we’ve gone, it’s has been awesome!! (As awesome as a trip to the ER can be) The wait is usually not bad, it’s clean/organized, and the staff is amazing!! The nurses and doctors were so great with my son. He had to get staples, and was very nervous going in, even before we knew what we would need to do. But they put him at ease, laughed and joked with him, and even gave him a “special book” to keep his mind off things. They even let him take it home. If you have to visit an ER, THIS is definitely the place to go! If I ever have to go to an ER again, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I would make a longer trip just to make sure I get there! No where else I would trust to meet the standards of this hospital and their staff!

Worst ER I have ever been to no compassion I had just had surgery had to go to ER I had to leave because Employees were not wearing masks correctly or not wearing them at all and the bathrooms were filthy. Showed the manager pictures and instead of apologizing he told me I could not take pictures of the employees. So if they’re so worried about Covid why are they not wearing masks!!

I came with dizziness, SOB and chest pain. Passed out earlier from dizziness. Ive been waiting here for over 2 hrs. Im about to go home... Obviously, Im not in serious condition.

Imagine on a Monday morning your primary care physician tells you to get to the ER and unbeknownst to you that is where you will spend the next 11 hours, the majority of your time is waiting. If you need to go there make sure you go by ambulance.Atrocious, zero compassionate service from this facility. Definitely not the service I expected considering the amount of money paid to Kaiser for their healthcare plan.

I was not impressed with the emergency room. My son had hurt his knee during soccer game. After we got there a nurse showed up and then displeased. Then a guy took him to x-ray. After 20 minutes another nurse came and wanted to take him to x-ray again. Very unorganized. I wouldnt want to go there if I had a serious condition. La Palma emergency rom need a serious management make-over.

Went in last night from suffering from an anxiety attack. Was seen right away but doctor said there wasnt anything he could do for me and sent me home. I was in there for an hour max. I dont think I was recieved the best care could have gotten. No IV.

I came in having an allergy attack after a Dr from Kaiser prescribed me an antihistamine well knowing that Im allergic to Toradol and ibuprofen. The emergency staff wasnt doing anything about my breathing because my O2 saturation was at 95, so they placed me in the waiting room dizzy and out of breath. I like Kaiser but not this place
