We arrived in California for vacation and as we were pulling up to the hotel my wife started complaining of severe chest pains. A&C was less than a mile away and I raced my wife there as emergency services would take much longer.I explained the situation and they told us we have to complete the paperwork and validate insurance before she could be seen.I explained she could be having a heart attack and needs to be seen 911. The clerk informed us no one gets seen without validation of insurance and paperwork.DOESNT MATTER he exclaimed as he repeated himself. I explained they had a responsibility to provide life saving measures. He was still obtuseThank God a hospital was across the street (didnt see it and couldnt tell it was a hospital otherwise would have went here 1st) and they provided life saving measures as my wife was in the middle of a heart attack.I will be contacting an attorney to see if I have options. I dont want a penny from them, just want them shut down and unable to practice medicine.A pathetic and disgusting level of service for an organization that is supposed to care. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS ORGANIZATION.

Place smells. Even when it looks clean there’s like this weir odor .. staff not friendly at all. It’s like you walk in here to beg them for favors. So rude with the patients. They probably just unhappy working here. But with those poor social , customer skills good luck finding something better ..

Unfortunately, not a good experience.Was seen by Dr. Hosting Pormir. Who is contracted by the City. As he started seeing me he excused himself when his phone rang and answered it. It was a patient. The Dr. Had the phone loud and I heard the patient identify himself then heard the Dr. Repeat his name Jose Moreno... then, still ignoring that I was in the room, got into an argument with him over the phone. Mr. Moreno didnt even sound bad, he just asked when he can go in to get his results. THEN The Dr just hung up on him. RUDE! He received several other callbacks which he letvring and ignored. He finally said I should turn this off to which I replied thats a good idea. We wouldnt want any more OSHA violations lol.He has been rude in the past and tends to minimized the injury. LOL, I recall he told me that if I tested positive for COVID he would send me back to work regardless cuz it didnt matter and I would still be able to do my job 🤣🤣🤣. Mr. Funny Guy. He should at least wear his mask correctly and not take things personal.

I went here a week ago. The girl at the desk has no customer service skills at all. She answers very unprofessional. She seems unhappy.I just called again to inquire about covid testing and again, she answered very rude. I asked, what is the waiting time to get covid tested? She said, An hour! An hour! I didn’t get to ask my other questions. I wanted to know if that is for test result only or too been seen?Lady, people are coming to this facility because they are sick. People are not feeling well. People are scared, worried and the last thing they need, is attitude. I held my tongue when I was there last time. Because I don’t like to be rude. You just never know what people are going through.Dr.’s bedside manners: He didn’t wear gloves. He touched my covid test without wearing gloves. His white jacket was so dirty, it had black stains on the pockets. Like, it has not been washed in days. The only person I was impressed with was the medical assistant or nurse that performed the test. She wore gloves , mask, eye shields and gown. She was very cautious. She did everything correctly.

Use the sign in sheet to call the next person in line. Everyone is there to take a urine test. Don’t give customers an attitude like we don’t have other options within 3 mile radius. The front desk lady should be cleaning the restroom for her attitude.

Walked in and the first thing i noticed was how clean this office is. Is a health center, so the A&C urgent care staff is doing its job. Ive been in other offices with bigger names and the place is filthy. So thank you A&C for giving me that peace of mind. Great service , very fast. walked in and walked out in less than an hour. The whole staff is awesome very friendly. I walked in with a concern and walked out relief. Their prices are not bad at all. Just a great place Im very happy with their service. :-)

Poor customer service. Horrible facility.. they’re not observing sterility.. the person who did my skin test does not even use clean gloves also the alcohol swab he just wiped once then that’s it no dry cotton or whatever.. also, he just asked me to sit in a not comfortable chair.. unbelievable service!!👎👎👎

They need to fire whoever is answering their calls because it seems like theyre trying to sabotage their business with what feels like deliberate and bad customer service. Its like they dont even want to do their job which is what theyre being paid for to do.

I went here because of their positive reviews on Google maps. I was amazed by the quality of their listening, attentiveness, and care. I never doubted I was in good hands. Haven’t been to an urgent care facility before and really didn’t expect this level of service.

The doc at this place was great! He answered all my questions over the phone, quickly got the paperwork done when I came in, informed me of the cost, ran some tests, diagnosed me, gave me a shot and prescriptions, and told me the fastest pharmacy to fill them. No lines at this place nor the pharmacy --awesome experience!

A few weeks ago my kids were sick & I tried out this urgent care clinic. I signed in, filled out some paper work, & didnt take too long to call us in. I like how the doctor treated the kids, very nice & gentle, & prescribed them antibiotics & other medications.Again, I went last week because my knee was giving me problems. The waiting time was about the same as last time, & once again I was satisfied with the service. The staff is nice & friendly. Will definitely go back!

Went there without an appointment while I was on vacation. Not at all crowded and staff is very friendly and helpful. Very short wait, I was probably in and out within 20 minutes. Standard visitation fee is $150 and any test are on top of that. Was given a discount on the visitation fee, so it was only $100, probably because I was an easy case.

No, don’t bother. After going in and trying to get my daughter seen, we waited just to end up getting told that they can’t see her because they don’t specialize in pediatrics. I guess getting coffee for yourself and talking about the antics of the night before are more important than that of a patient. But wait, what is an “Urgent Care” that doesn’t see patients of all ages?

Excellent experience. Had been visiting from New Jersey and had upper respiratory infection. Staff was very friendly as well as efficient and knowledgeable. The doctor explained everything to me. I’ve arrived back in NJ and am feeling almost all recovered.

I had a minor issue so i visited this Urgent Care recommended to me by a friend, first thing that i noticed was the staff here were very hospitable and helpful. The Dr was extremely professional, knowledgeable and skilled. I left feeling confident & satisfied that all my medical needs were met.

My wife had an infection and has Blue Shield insurance and was told after 1 hour of waiting that her insurance was not taken at that place. At first it was fine and then not? Well, train your staff properly or get rid of them and get organized!!!

Took daughter here for evaluation and doctor was incredibly patient and thorough. Recommended we delay our flight due to her being ill and good thing we did as she was in no shape to fly later that night. There are very few urgent cares in this area that see kids and we highly recommend this one!

It was late she we arrived at the clinic but they helped me out anyway. Did the proper. tests, helped me out and did not rush. Also provided me with medicine. Awesome service. This was health care.

This was my second time coming to this urgent care and I really like their service! I waited for about 15 minutes which was much less than I expected so already a huge plus there. I had to get an X-ray and the nurse that helped me was really nice and patient with me since I had a hard time moving because of my leg injury. Its really nice to have an urgent care open late here in my neighborhood and that accepts my insurance. The only minor issue I had was I didnt notice the elevator on the right corner of the building and I struggled going up the stairs since its on the second floor. Maybe they should put some signs near the stairs pointing to the elevator.

I highly recommend this urgent care clinic! The staff was welcoming and polite. I waited no longer than 5 minutes to be seen by the doctor! The clinic is nice and tidy, super clean. I will be coming back for any future incidents! Thank you A&C Urgent Care!

I went here because every urgent care was packed, despite being out of network.I have NO IDEA why anyone would go here or how it has a high rating. The doctor we saw was (likely) 90+ years old, shakey and ridiculously forgetful. Couldnt even put on the right sized gloves by himself. Asked the same questions repeatedly and his English was terrible. As available as it might be in a pinch, do NOT go here.Im actually very sorry to be leaving this review. The receptionist didnt even collect the $150 payment for the visit because it was such a cluster-f.

Dr. Chen and his staff at golden west urgent care represent the highest standard of care, knowledge, and experience, far beyond what I expected from a surgeon, Dr. Chen has a passion for his craft and commitment to his patients that is truly amazing. I recently had knee surgery and to be honest I was really nervous, Dr. Chen and his staff made me feel right at home. If anyone is looking for a orthopedic surgeon and staff that you can really trust look no further cause Dr.Chen is it.

My daughter was so run down, high fever, sore throat, congested, stiff neck, and muscle aches. We were about to leave California for our family vacation in Utah. We decided to stop in just to have her checked. Dr. Buena was there early a.m just himself and was great with her. He was able to get her feeling better and on the right track quickly. And he called 12 hours later to check on her. Very caring. We were so happy and thankful for his help before going on to finish our vacation.

Almost 2 hours waiting to do a drug test & physical exam for a pre-employment. Its very long wait, It not acceptable. Staff & Drs should have given a update of whats going on. My Employer had another urgent care that was really quick and professional. I dont know why they switch to this URGENT care.

Dr. Nation provided phenomenal care, was patient and thorough. His diagnostic ability was amazing and he got me back on my feet quickly.

I do Not recommend A&C Urgent Care. I went on a Saturday, Only because They were OPEN & Maria/Receptionist was nice to me on the phone. The Nurse/Phys. Assistant was good/he did shots & vitals. They do Not accept Medicare. Paid for the Visit entirely out of pocket $$$. I was sent home Without ANY Rx meds for Treatment.I would NOT recommend the Dr. there, he lacked compassion & Did Not CARE at all about my flareUp. He said - see my Own Dr. (Of course, mine wasnt IN on the weekend). So I suffered for days til my appt, & the Shots wore off in 6 hours.

Had an excellent experience. Whent for a work injury and was very pleased with the Doctor and staff. Fast service and no waiting time.

I took a DOT physical at this office and the results are on file, but this office has refused to provide a duplicate under any circumstances. Its a real problem for all commercial drivers who will need copies in the future.

Employee thinks they ate better than you. They brag about their life. Some guy that goes by the name james jones i put his pic up on the page. He clearly states his life is better than anyones. I wouldnt take my service to this place

Dr Pormir has a horrible bedside manner, a bad attitude and apparently can not prescribe anything stronger than Ibuprofen 600 and muscle rub. He is not proactive and tells patients that there is no medical reason for what they are experiencing. An appointment with him feels more like an interrogation. If you want to be belittled and insulted and your health issues never addressed, this is the place to go.

I had to bring a very special person to the emergency room. I really dont like hospitals. I have personally had the experience of waiting up to 3-5 hours before being treated, but here from the Department of Admissions, Nurses and medical personnel, super professionals, my very positive experience thank you very much
