The people here are very friendly and kind. They help with medical insurance companies and really advocate on your behalf. Dr Morgan is great and really helped me understand what I was getting done. My teeth where a mess I look forward to being able to smile again.

I went to get a molar removed today, and at first I thought it was gonna be very painful but it was not. The Doctor was great, the nurses were kind and they explained everything to me very clearly. They took the time to explain to me all my options before the procedure which gave me more confidence. I really like this place but i also know that everyone has their opinions about how they like to be treated. All in all if you are respectful to the staff and always make sure to explain your concerns and state your preference i know they can provide you with the best care. 👍

My visit with Candace was very good. I felt she was very thorough and caring. I rescheduled with her in 3 months.

Dr. Chuck Le and Rina are incredibly good at their job. They genuinely love their job. Dr. Le’s experience in cosmetics dentistry shows in the high quality dental work that he puts into every patient. I am eternally grateful for the outstanding job he did to fix my chipped tooth. Seeing my tooth without the chip on it is priceless! I highly recommend 7 day dental and Dr. Chuck Le for dental services!

I was super skeptical to try out a new dentist in CA. I am from Minnesota and have had the same dentist for about 15 years. I love her! I moved out here 4 years ago and got off my parents insurance. I was going back to MN every 6 months or so because I didnt want to try out a different place. I ended up sucking it up and going to Gentle Dental, which absolutely sucked, and was scared to try another place out in CA. Well, today I tried out 7 Day Dental, despite being terrified that a larger office would provide less quality of care. To my surprise, it was pretty seamless and I left very happy! I got in the day after I called to set up an appointment, they took x-rays, the dentist checked out my teeth and complemented me, and the woman cleaning my teeth was very gentle and calming. Thank you! I will be back in 6 months for sure :)

Extremely disappointed with this place after this incident. I give it 1 star cause despite the fact they told me that 50 dollars is all I needed to pay for a simple 3 minute tooth extraction thats NOT SURGICAL and that it would be covered, but no they later sent me a 400 dollar bill for it and classified it as surgery. I was not put under anesthesia or had anything remotely surgical that day, it was a simple yank and pull with lidocaine at the office!!! Ive been fighting this for almost a year now and it is giving me a headache.If you guys want a tooth extraction done, dont go here unless you want to get charged a arm and leg for a simple extraction.

There was an assistant there being very rude and throwing everything around. When we asked her questions she didn’t give us answers and she gave us attitude. We’ve been coming here for a while and it’s our first time getting her and we didn’t like her for us at all. I’m not sure what her name was but it started with an L i believe. Not sure. Everyone else is very nice and respectful and the ladies in the front desk are always very helpful and sweet.

This dental company needs to get it together. I waited for 1 hour and half just to be seen then another 45 minutes in the the back to me moved from room to room and then was given a really bad cleaning and than told that I have to make a new appointment for a deep cleaning. My wife also had an appointment and she was there for over 3 hrs and was told she would need to come back so she can be seen by a dentist. The most ridiculous part is that she needs a deep cleaning also without been seen. This place is a joke from 1 to 10 this place is a 1 . Really bad service.

An excellent dental practice! We are on vacation at Disneyland, and my autistic son needed an urgent dental examination. They offered us an appointment time one hour from when we called. We only had to wait in the lobby for 10 minutes before being seen. Dr. Colin Le did an excellent job, fixing our problem and getting us back to our vacation 30 minutes later. Thanks!

I first would like to Thank GOD. I havent been to a dentist in over 20yrs, so those who are like me that do not like the dentist this is for you. They made feel at home and took care of business. The environment was awesome. I Thank GOD for 7 Day Dental. Tooth pain is no joke when it is severe. I went to another Dental before hand and was treated unprofessional service. Thats not cool when in pain and need emergency assistance.

I got all of wisdom teeth extracted and they all helped me feel comfortable which was great and they had music playing which really helped me relax during the process.

My tooth had been killing me for over two days in a last ditch effort I decided to call the first number that appeared when I googled emergency tooth removal. 7 day was first I called and two hours later they were removing my horrible tooth that was trying to murder me for two days! The Doctor and nurse were so great they really helped me through a bad situation for me as I suffer greatly with PTSD. Especially the nurse I think her name was Veronica sorry if that’s not right I was a out of it. They were so fast In Removing my horrible tooth. I highly recommend going if you are in a tight spot and can’t wait for relief from severe pain.

I was just like to share that I had my first root canal done yesterday and me thinking by a female doctor put in hands on me it would be like the worst thing ever but my expectations were a little different as knowing that she did good work I cant remember her name but she was awesome she kept checking up on me every like 5 to 10 minutes just say thank you for the job that I was doing being patient with her and I said it was mostly her doing the work not me cant really speak much when you have him off wide open and me thinking about a female working on eating us from now on its a lot different I see a different perspective and that that work as well I never thought but either way regardless when it goes to seventh day then home I love it thats all I dont leave that place thank you guys especially for the one that I check in with on the way out funny spunky short black hair glasses awesome thank you guys from your number one customer Ray Ray p. 👌💯👍🎉

Great staff! Dr Keuroghlian and the staff on the emergency side eased my very medical procedure phobic daughter through removing 4 wisdom teeth. They were gentle and soothing and made the experience a positive one. Thank you 7 Day Dental! Update: Dr Le on the regular dental side made my daughter feel unheard and brushed aside. He WAS NOT wearing his mask properly having it beneath his nose.

They say appointments! Yeah right 4 hours later! They told me over the phone $100 for a tooth removal! Nope! $654.00 with my insurance and they don’t care that they said $100 “get our credit card you can afford it! Left my son with a very bad painful toothache! All Talk no action! 7 Day dental is the best thing that could’ve ever happened to me. The receptionist are kind and empathetic and gentle and Dr Morgan is the very best dentist I’ve ever dealt with or had his hands in my mouth. If you’re not going to 7 Day dental you’re making a mistake!

I really like the staff there, everyone is nice. The location is well kept and they do have a Covid procedure. But I must say I do not like my children’s dentist, Dr. Paul M. He seems likes he’s miserable there. I throws his tools on the counter when finished. The way he speaks to you, seems like he hates what he does and does not want to be there. He is not compassionate and sensitive towards the kids. Lack of communication with them. No instruction givin’. He shoves tools in their mouth very forcefully. Very messy. This is my third times with him in a year and a half time span. I blew it off the first time thinking maybe he’s not having a great day. He’s still the same. I miss the previous dentist, forgot his name but he has light eyes. I hope his attitude changes because I will not be a nice person the next time.

Its a decent facility, and the work I have had done by the dentist was great that being said, where this particular 7 day dental fails is in there customers service. The first time I came, they set an appointment for me and gave me a card with the time on it. When I came in they told me that I came at the wrong time and didnt believe that they could be wrong until I physically handed them the card. The didnt end up givi gme the earlier time and hardly apologized.Months later I came in Because I was having tooth pain. After waiting in a chair for an hour and a half they told me I was going to have to come back the next day because the person that would work on me will not be in till tomorrow. I went home and took the prescribed motrin. After a couple of hours I was still in pain so I asked if the dentist world be able to prescribe me something stronger. The dentist said he would not prescribe me narcotics despite me being in pain.After a sleepless night I got two different texts for two different appointment times I called they answered then put me on hold to check, then they hung up on me. I called back and let them know that they hung up on me. The receptionist said ok, how can I help you. Not all but most of the staff are very rude. Im finding a new dentist

All the dentists and staff are patient and conscientious, and take great care and concern for all the patients well being. The dental work I have had done here has lasted for years without problems

Dr mauricio cardenas excellent dentist made my tooth extraction experience so relaxing and quick because I get so nervous . The hygeniest I forgot her name shes a cucasion lady very sweet gentle lady she does her job so well love it. I normally dont leave reviews but when someone does their job so well ad treat a patient so well I wont hesitate to leave reviews . As far as your other staff the front desk receptionist not a clue of what she was doing . The ones who took my x rays rude made me feel like I was a burden taking her time . Seemed like there was not communication confusion not organized that part of my visit was not pleasing at all waiting hours just going from one waiting room to another not being explained why.

The front desk was extremely helpful but the workers in the back are rude and pushy. The elderly asian lady tried to rush the appointment along as fast as she can and her treatment to the other workers assisting her wasnt professional. Overall they didnt make my kids feel comfortable at all. No introduction of their name and what theyre there to do. Not recommended

Ive been here with my nephew multiple times. The front staff is nice enough. It seems every time we go, we are told something new is wrong and we have to schedule another appt. This has happened at least 3-4x. Their explanation is that it depends on which doctor sees him. I thought a bad tooth is a bad tooth so not sure why some want to do something about it and others dont. Melanie is one of the closing front staff and is very friendly and professional and tries her best to explain the discrepancies. After going there almost a dozen times already Im not sure we will continue.

Great work! Took in my daughter and was told about the treatment needed and had it done during same visit. From the time I arrived to my exit was 1 hour. Most other places take 1hour just to get called in. And doctor madea my daughter feel great and kept her calm with her kind words.

Hygienist Quinn was really professional. Melony at the check out and appointments is always very kind and courteous. 7 Day Dental really have to improve the reception associates they always look annoyed and dont even smile.

Severe tooth pain that hasnt gone away in three days. Called that morning showed up as a walk in cash patient with no insurance. Arrived at 3 and was out the door within a hour with my two painful teeth removed and felt instant relief. Doctor did a wonderful job to make sure there was minimal pain. Office staff is extremely nice as well. Definitely coming back for my dental needs.

It doesnt matter whether I make an appointment or a walk-in at this office, I will still have to wait for 1hr plus. Today it was 1hr 25 mins. however, once the dental service begins, it is very good. So why not find a way, perhaps through a consultant, to improve your patient wait times?

Had a horrible experience, i’ve been needing two crowns for about three or four months. Kept on calling them as I needed to get them done and they were telling me my insurance was not responding. I personally know the people on our insurance So I called them and got the approval the same day . Call seven Day dental to book my appointment and they said they would call me back.. I spoke to the office manager again after not receiving a call, and I was told she was looking into it and would also give me a call back. She never did. I’ve been in pain and called seven Day dental and expressed how I was feeling .! An appointment book was booked today however nothing was done as now they found another tooth they need to work on for a root canal . I asked to speak to the office manager as I need an explanation to the lack attention to their patients (me). Immediately I was told that she wasn’t able to come out and see me because she was busy with payroll. It’s completely surprising And unethical how patients are treated. I am in pain and I have a hole in my root canal As a filler already fell off. And to top it off the manager did not even make the temp to come and talk to me. I would definitely not recommend this place whatsoever.Let’s see who reaches out for me now

The staff are very kind and gentle with the children. Dr Paul is very skilled and great with people/kids, and so are his employees. they act fast when the kids are freaking out during surgery, they always try to make it a fast and easy-flowing surgery as well. They are always very considerate of your opinions (but don’t expect kindness from Dr Paul if your opinion is trash) lol. Still, I am a VERY picky person but I have really enjoyed taking my girls to this dentist for almost a year. :)

Horrible experience ...long Wait with an appointment when they said it would take 15 minutes it took 2 and a 1/2 hours ... hours and still nothing

The whole experience was great. My face was extremely swollen with infection one morning when i had woke up and they got me in a chair within 30 minutes to help me out. The staff was really excellent. They scheduled my tooth extraction for a week out to let the swelling go down and the staff actually called and texted to check on me and see how i was doing. That was really cool of them and they also worked hard to get us the best price possible. Its been my best experience with a dentist so far and i had a tooth pulled by them so thats saying alot lol!!!!!!! Great company with great people!!!!

My family of 6 has been with the dentist office for over 10 years and now due to the covid19 that have been different staff with bad additude just unprofessional. The owner was so caring about his clients now he seems uncaring too. They had the best surgery doctors now there is this one guy that talks talks talks your ear off and cant produce good quality in his work ethics. You can have a appointment arrive on time and dont be seen till a hour later. I referred a friend without tell her all the mess going on...and she complained to me on her first visit. Its so sad how it has changed! The staff is what makes the environment well. Its sad!

Im normally very nervous to go to the dentist. However, they were very good, polite, patient, and calming. He talked me through every part of the procedure I had today.

Getting an appointment for the same day was very quick. I was able to fill out all my paperwork online prior to going in. I only waited about 10 minutes before coming back. X-ray tech was awesome and was very comforting and calmed me down. When I was seen by the doctor she was the kindest lady. She had a very calming demeanor and very professional. She didn’t try and push extra services on me. I will definitely be returning for my follow up appointment

Rescheduled from a 9am appointment to a 1pm appointment to see Dr. Loomis the day before my actual appointment. I was told he wouldn’t be available until the afternoon. Last minute, but I just moved my schedule around to accommodate since I had scheduled this appointment a month and a half in advance.Went to the 1pm appointment and was not even seen by Dr. Loomis. Why reschedule me and then have another dentist see me? New dentist was nice and straight forward, but poor communication on behalf of the staff.This is not the first time I’ve requested a specific dentist, only to be seen by whoever is available with no communication as to why.

First I wanna start by saying that I am terrified of the dentist! I had to get a deep cleaning and I had already rescheduled the appointment twice out of fear but once I was able to overcome the fear I finally went to my appointment. Once I got there I was greeted by a friendly face and once I was called I met my dental hygienist Eddie. Eddie was extremely friendly and professional! He made me feel extremely comfortable and made sure that I felt little to no pain. My experience at seven Day dental was amazing! I’ll never go to another dentist!

I needed to be seen urgently due to immense pain (own fault) ended up needing a root canal. All other other dentists that I called informed me that due to covid that even with an emergency I would have to wait at least a week to set an appointment. Not 7 day dental though they said they could take me in the next day. The staff at 7 day dental were very kind and helpful , the dental assistant Michelle and Dr. Loomis did a fantastic job with my root canal I did not feel a single thing and my pain was alleviated that same day. Will definitely be coming back and recommend them.

Went in for wisdom teeth consultation; it was very fast and the dentist was nice enough and well informed to answer any questions I had. Overall staff was very nice and were following covid precautions such as having the waiting room outside, hand sanitizers at your disposal and rinsing out your mouth with peroxide.

I literally broke my tooth in half. Jessica, Yen Co andDr. Cardena did such an amazing job putting it back together. 100% recommend these guys!!

The specialist Dentist (Dr. Guise) is first rate. Explains everything clearly and honestly. Did not rush his exam. Staff always nice!Problems: 1) 7 Day Dental ALWAYS has a long wait in the lobby EVEN if you are early or on time for the appt.2) Once they put you in a room the wait is ALWAYS VERY long.

I was actually recommended to go to this dental office...wow...what a joke...I went there did the paperwork as normal...had my ex rays seemed normal...then it happened. I was taken to the first dental chair..waited patiently for 45 minutes...and nothing..not a word. Then was taken to a second chair..and was said I was going to get teeth impressions done, and a cleaning...I said ok..but I havent even spoken to a dentist yet...and said to them...this is not the reason Im here...so again another waste of another 40 minutes..I got up and just started walking out..and a woman who speaks very broken english..trying to pull me back in...I COULD NOT MAKE THIS UP...so I just walked out..I am always someone who gives the benefit of the doubt..but this place...you satisfied patients..were just LUCKY!!

Am so incredibly happy with my experience with Dr. Brooks Morgan + his assistant Anna!! I’m just so grateful for their care + detail and for being able to get me in so quickly! I’ve been going to Dr Morgan for over 3 years now, and he’s always willing to go the extra mile to explain the procedure and not rush the procedures causing me to feel so at peace!! And most importantly- I didn’t even feel a pinch of pain when he did my root canal and wisdom tooth extraction! That’s a miracle! I really appreciate how careful and kind Anna was as well!

I am extremely disappointed. The dentist I saw looked at my xrays and literally said got a bad tooth, it needs to come out. Someone will be with you shortly to go over your options, I waited almost 2 hours for him to speak 5 words and leave. Then a nurse came by and said would you like to have the tooth removed today? I wasnt given any options to try and save the tooth, I was just told its a molar that needs to be removed and they advise I have a bone graft as well even though my insurance wouldnt cover it, and it would be roughly $600. I honestly felt like they were just trying to get paid for a tooth extraction, not worrying at all about my future teeth health. Ill be seeing a different dentist and getting another opinion

Doctors and staff are great! They saw that I was in extreme pain and did everything they could to deal with the problem. Had a root canal done at the spur of the moment and they were professional in every step of the way.I will definitely be going back!

Took me and my daughter 2 hours waiting just for a X-ray and checkup. Doctor Ky Le is so strange, he spent a long time talking personal to my 17 years old daughter. He even said he likes to work with my daughter because he sees her just like him many years before. I am her mother sitting right there and he said so on my face.That’s so very unprofessional I don’t think that manner suits the role of a doctor.I will change doctor for my daughter.

Everyone was supper nice and efficient, especially with this Covid thing going on. It made me more comfortable as well seeing how they kept everyone separated, with masks and were disinfecting pens and surfaces as soon as one used it. My appointment was at 1:30 and was out before 3pm. Definitely will recommend this place to my friends and family.

Dr Morgan Brooks and his assistant Emmy were amazing. They were very, helpful, fast, and kind. I went in with so much pain, thinking I was expecting to have to have my tooth pulled. They saved it fixed me right up and worked with me. I definitely look forward to finishing the process with him this was my first cavity ever!

I have been going to 7day dental for years. I am now going to be finding another dentist. I had a crown and crown extension done for 450.00 In 2018 there. Now I need another one and they want 750.00 for it. I told them that’s way too much and they did not care, they said the prices went up and shame on you for charging more to family’s that lost there job due to a pandemic, and the economy is not even doing good like it was in 2018 and you charge more that’s crazy to try and profit off of a pandemic and jobless community..NO STARS

Great staff. Dr. Abel is quick and easy made removing my tooth. Maria was so sweet to help me keep my anxiety in check before my procedure. Very sweet.

The people are very nice and professional and they always are friendly and they know how to answer questions that you might have concerning your procedure very professional
