Even with a crammed schedule, Jason managed to swing by our house between jobs and diagnose the problem (which was, of course, an unusual one created as a work-around from a different company before we bought the house). He ordered the needed part and had it installed a day earlier than expected (again, between jobs). Cant say enough good things about the team.
