Brought both my boys in and needless to say, the secretary there is horrendous! Very rude, snippy and down and out right should not be working with the public.Doctor and nurse that saw my boys was incredible. Very nice, friendly and got us in and out.

The staff are very kind here, they will get you right in as fast as possible. They are all very knowledgeable and will give you an accurate diagnosis. Everything here is very clean and sterile. I highly recommend the professionalism of this urgent care for any needs you may have. Also, they are affiliated with St. Marys hospital of Amsterdam.

Very helpful staff, get in quick, get well taken care of. HOWEVER, there is no changing table in the restroom. When I told the secretary its a law she brushed me off. She stated”she doesnt own the building. Wasnt a fan of the cavalier attitude. At least try to note it and let your director know. Also there is no guest wifi...

The nurse and doctor were phenomenal. Both were very kind and I received excellent treatment. However, the secretary gave me a hard time about being from out-of-state while I’m visiting my in-laws. When she got my name incorrect on my chart and I called to have it corrected so I could have my prescription filed correctly, she purposefully ignored both of my phone calls and my voicemails because of my out-of-state cell phone number. So if you need medical care urgently, you better have a local phone nearby, otherwise you’re out of luck.

Absolutely the best urgent care I have ever went to. Very clean facility, very friendly staff! Great location. Im not one to brag about places like this but I dont like to go to doctors or medical facilities, however this place is so comforting and welcoming I recommend it to everyone. Only downside is they dont accept child health plus fidelis.

Just went to CUC to treat my daughter for an injured arm. The staff there is amazing and the NP was so sweet. Thank you so much for caring for my little girl!

This is by far the best urgent care I have been to in my life! From the receptionist to the nurses and doctors they are so well mannered and respectful. I was seen almost immediately and I was in and out within 30 minutes. I highly recommend utilizing this urgent care if needed for yourself and family!

Just got out of there with a cut from a saw blade needing 4 stitches. In and out in under 2 hours with no wait. Staff was nice, courteous and professional.

Went there this evening for an X-ray on my hand. Everyone was so helpful and pleasant. They had me in, X-ray done, treated and out the door in an hour! So thankful to have this urgent care in the community!

Absolute joke of an establishment. After getting out of work i stopped in. And begin describing to the lovely worker behind the desk(she seemed kind and helpful) that i have severe tooth pain and believe i need antibiotics because i believe i may have an infection. While i was explaining my discomfort another woman walks in and proceeds to tell me i dont give out narcoticsNow, i wish i could tell you this, outstanding, employees name But i was quite irrate.. And did not notice. The reason this upset me, is because i had in no way mentioned or insinuated anything in regards to any type of narcotics. I feel as though this woman saw a bearded man in beat down clothes(work clothes) and jumped to a judgemental assessment of a person she knows nothing about. I am currently still in pain and need to find another urgent care. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone whom may look a little bit different than the norm. I will never come back. And i hope to god you read this, thank you for your help.
