Diana is very professional and she knows what she does! She explains everything about the procedure and the aftercare. I didn’t need to dive deep to explain what I want, she picked up my vision quickly and made it happen. She helped me to pick my wished colour by mixing two tones together.I have done my PMU lips and at first I was very nervous to do it, but the moment I walked in - I knew, I was in good hands.Very clean, natural lines and shading done perfectly. The result is already very good while I will receive a follow-up treatment in 4 weeks. I have experienced the appointment and my treatment as very pleasant. I went for a touch up on my eyebrows.What I really liked is that I was more than 45 minutes late and that Bo took all the time for me. Of course I was also a bit lucky that someone else was not planted immediately after me. But still, she wasnt angry or anything, she showed proper understanding. I think the ladies are super!

So happy with my eyebrows. I was always afraid that it would be painful, but because of the good anesthetic you dont feel it😊 The first time the shape is drawn and it is checked which color suits you best. I was happy with that too, because now I could also indicate whether it could be made thicker or thinner. And yes Diana is simply the best😍

Both my mother and I are very happy with the end result and the treatment of both the eyebrows and the infralash (light eyeliner). During all the times we have been, ample time has been taken to discuss what the end result would be and whether this was in line with our wishes. After much deliberation made an appointment with Diana together with my daughter. As a 60+ I thought it was a big step to get my eyebrows done. As you get older, your light hair will give you less expression in your face. After professional advice about color and model, I went for it. Made an appointment for treatment with this lady. Unfortunately, she was unreachable by email and telephone after making the appointment. Eventually having to cancel the appointment because I couldnt get answers to my questions and then you get a sneer for doing that too late .. while I was waiting for an answer until the last minute. Bad service.
