My Mother has been there since September 14th and my sisters and I have nothing but good things to say!! My Mother has been well taken care of and her rehab has been fantastic!!! She walks(with her walker) better than she ever has!! The Staff has been very caring and helpful and she really likes them. I would highly recommend Capstone Center Rehabilitation.

My mom was there at the end of May 2021 do keep in mind it was for less then 48 hours and during COVID-19 time. But this is the big reason why they get this high as well. We could not see my mom yet and she was in bad shape but the time my dad talked to her we knew something was wrong so I called the nurse they kept a good eye on her that night next thing I know she is of to St. Marys and has what she had when she left the last hospital she came from. So I was so happy that they stayed on top of things.

Bad they need to be retrained on what a health care proxy is.. there allowing a sibling to determine who can visit we been giving her clothes and food and flowers they take them then tell us she will get it after 3days weeks go by we call and they tell us her health care proxy said don’t give her anything. Worse place ever.. so call has dementia but she is well of swear of the situation.. JESSY HER DAUGHTER NEED HELP WHO WOULD WANT THEY MOTHER TO SUFFER.. THEY NEED MORE PEOPLE THATS SPEAK DIFFERENT LANGUAGE

Worst place for anyone to be in.short staffed, nurses dont know anything almost overdosed my dad on insulin he had to refuse and tell them to leave. They have no idea how to take care of diabetic patients. If you want to die stay here.

Terrible place. they dont return phone calls at all. my father was verbally abused in the short time he was there. there are some good people working here, but the vast majority are terrible people from top to bottom. not HEROES

They do not clean or care for people. I see how my father is neglected prior to covid and even more so now. This place needs to be shut down. Whoever is giving them five stars must’ve been bought or made up accounts.

The Activities Department strives to achieve excellence in quality of life needs through the use of therapeutic interventions. Whether it be short term rehab or long term care, activities has something for everyone. Through the therapeutic use of workshops, exercise groups, guided meditation, crafting, musical entertainment, sensory therapies, hair/nail grooming, dining, and more, the department serves to bring meaning to residents lives and strengthen relations among staff and peers.

We needed to get my Grandmother into a Nursing Home ASAP. Capstone was great at taking her in (as it was the only available bed). Thats where the positive energy stopped. She was barely taken care of for the 4 months she was there. Each week her clothes and personal property went missing. We even took her clothing home to wash in hopes it would help but they still vanished. Teeth were gone as well..and never replaced. She lost alot of weight because they are in such a hurry to serve food that she wasnt assisted in eating. Also, she wasnt groomed well. Her hair was always greasy and if the person wasnt at work that day, she missed her once a week shower. She had rashes and bruises as well. Our story has a good ending though b/c weve since placed her into a beautiful home full of caring staff. My heart goes out to the skinny, undressed and dirty folks still in there and I pray that the home hires enough staff to properly care for their tenants at Capstone.

Ive worked here for almost 6 years. I enjoy the residents and the company I work for. We have great team work, we support each other.

Capstone is amazing facility. Activities are available daily for residents. Staff works together as a team to provide a welcoming, inviting environment.

My grandfather stayed there briefly after a series lf health setbacks. The staff were attentive to his needs, and he got along with them very well. My grandfather had no complaints with the care, and the staff was always very pleasant and approachable.

Ive visited many times and this is one of the best facilities Ive ever been in. Always clean and responsive to the residents. Really impressed.

My grandfather was here for an extended period of time and he was treated wonderfully! The staff was so sweet, you could tell they actually cared about him as a person (not just a job). Anything I needed to ask or talk about (questions/concerns etc) was always taken care of and they didnt ever make me feel stupid for asking anything.

I have worked in long term care facilities for the past 9 years. This is by far the best facility that I have had the pleasure of working in. Very involved staff members who strive to provide top quality care everyday.

Staff members were very slow to get to the patience needs at first.In days to follow staff were updated on my grandfathers needs, and very helpful. Therapy sessions were pretty laid back. Food was average, residents room windows were cold and drafty.

Jessica is amazing at her job. She truly cares for her patients, work and staff and does not turn down an effort to make the center and its work the best it can be.

Capstone is VERY good place , I wont want to be in any other nursing home but Capstone.

I’ve been an employed for 25 years and I was a a CNA for 10 years and know i work with amazing coworkers for the Activity Department and that’s been 15 years ,our facility has come a long way, is all about the Residents, ❤️❤️
