Went to New Dimensions as a patient for a covid test and the staff were courteous, professional, and helpful. Checked in by phone and they came out to test me in my car. Got a call with my results in about 15 minutes. Great experience and would definitely recommend.

I went to New Dimensions today, as a new patient. The staff were friendly and courteous.The medical staff were knowledgeable, professional, prompt and quick to provide information. I would highly recommend this practice.

I brought in an elderly woman I help take care of for a dental cleaning and exam. The hygienist was very kind and patient throughout the process. The dentist was also very accommodating during the appointment. The staff made her feel comfortable and it was an overall great experience for her.

I just became a patient of Tracys she is my new primary doctor. I am very happy with her. I also see Dr. Mason for my feet. He is awesome and very patient. Both doctors always take the time to answer any questions or concerns I may have.

I called today and have my 1st appointment booked for 3 days from now. The woman on the phone was lovely. However my concern comes from the fact that I explained that I’m in terrible pain from an abscess and that my left cheek is so swollen I look like a squirrel hiding nuts in their cheek pockets....I would call that a dental emergency or at least very urgent. They were able to book me for tomorrow but since I am relying on medical taxi transportation that requires 3 days notice to set up a ride unless the doctor office calls to book it for you (which they can do the day before) and, this office will not do that for me I have to suffer for 3 more days. I even explained how I am aware of how quickly a tooth infection can spread and how deadly it can be. Still no luck. I mean I get it that it’s policy or whatever but aren’t exceptions made for certain dangerous circumstances? It’s only a phone call. I have never had any doctor office not do this for me if needed...and trust me it’s needed in my case today! Not a great first impression. I will update my review after my appointment Friday.....granted I don’t succumb to the pain and/or infection before then. (I’m only joking. If necessary I know urgent care or the emergency room is an option to at least get started on the antibiotic I so desperately need ASAP)

Ive been there twice now for a cleaning and I still havent gotten my cleaning yet. Each time the next appointment gets 3 months out and its gonna be a year since my last cleaning before I maybe actually get a cleaning. Its ridiculous. How is it they schedule for a cleaning and all u get is an exam and xrays??? No cleaning. Im thinking of finding a new place. I need a cleaning in the next 30 days. Not 3 months from now. If it takes more than one appointment to do a cleaning they should schedule the 2 or 3 appointments they need to do it right from the beginning. Idk if the hygienist I get is lazy or what but Im frustrated as hell cause Im leaving for Canada in a month and idk when Ill be back down again

New dimensions is a great place I have an abscessed tooth and they did not hesitate to take me in and help me out in my time of need thanx to all the staff there u guys rock thank u

My son was 2 years old he went to a dentist in Schenectady he was tariffed going to the dentist he is now 14 years old I took him to so many trying to get him the help he needed for his teeth no on had the patients to work with him before he even get into a room he would cry til one day the Receptionist sue would talk with him to give dr mory a try so he did he went in to talk with her they all were so great with him he is on his way getting his new teeth and he walked out of there with a big smile on his face and is so excited to feel great about him self be able to smile again my fiancé is even impressed thank you so much for making my son feel great about him self and be able to smile again great job all give them a chance

My daughter has received excellent dental care at New Dimensions. She can be a difficult patient, but staff have always gone above and beyond to make her comfortable.

Got my tooth pulled 11 years ago. Worst experience ever. The nurse was startled. He whipped my head neck body, as I am screaming in pain. My Jaw was displaced, Dr. Down weeks later no longer practices there, and I was left to suffer. I have have chronic pain in my face since.

New Dimensions has SERIOUSLY stepped up their game! Theyve become very responsive & punctual with appointments, and the care provided is phenomenal. Dr.Mori & her D.A, Ms.Toni, do a great job of making you feel comfortable & informed and again, the quality of care cant be over-stated. 11/10 Keep it up New Dimensions staff!

First time there, who ever did my X-rays was very friendly, I went there wanting a cleaning, I just got X-rays and dentist came in not sure what he looked like as he talked to me behind me so I have no idea who he was. He started looking over my teeth then starts talking to his co worker in dental language which he seemed to have listed half of my teeth off. Only thing he mention was a root canal with crown I had done yrs ago was decaying underneath the crown going to my nerve he say’s well your insurance won’t cover anything Medicare/Medicade, so to fix my tooth he said it was out of pocket of around 3,000 he then suggested having tooth removed out of pocket as well. Then if I have tooth pulled my top teeth will have issues. I’ve had Medicade for many many yrs and always have been covered. Both just kept saying “nope insurance won’t pay” so he said I’ll let you think about it then when you come back for a cleaning you can let me know. So I’m checking out and asked toSpeak to a billing person. Receptionist say’s nobody is here it’s just 2 of us. I bet the billing department will have no issue being there to charge my insurance. I have never been to aDentist that knew what your insurance better then I do.I’m definitely getting a second opinion just don’t believe him and only mention the 1 tooth that costs amount of money. Who do you know on disability and Medicaid have 3,000 sitting around somewhere. I won’t be back for a cleaning nor will I ever recommend them

If this website would list the fax numbers we wouldnt have to call the office and sit on hold for half an hour just to get the fax number!!

My mother went it for a horrible tooth infection the docter told her it was a severe infection then proceeded to give her the minimal and lowest dose and quality antibiotic which did not even touch the infection.

This Dentist Office is wonderful, caring and compassionate. Always a positive experience and Sherri is awesome!

These guys just milk medicaid. Went in with a rotten tooth in 2015 and they did probably 3 x-rays over a few months (while I was in college and had to travel) to have them tell me they cant do anything. Then they finally tell me I need a root canal and they want to send me to Utica so I can pay out of pocket for my tooth to get fixed. I eventually found a different dentist up near college but I shouldnt have had to suffer most of the first semester of college for nothing.

Terrible. The care wasnt bad but they dont do a very good job. The receptionists dont do a good job. They didnt do a good job cleaning my teeth. I had to go in twice for a night guard casting because the first mold broke. They claimed they had the wrong phone number even though they called to confirm an appointment for my kids. Said they would call to reschedule appointments and never did. Put me on hold for an unreasonable amount of time. Then when I finally get through and inform them my insurance has lapsed they claim its 450 dollars for the night guard and I cant just pick it up because I need an appointment even though its sitting in a drawer collecting dust. The place is filthy and definitely in the ghetto. The parking lot is a disaster. And on and on and on.

The dental hygienist and dentist were excellent with my son. However, cleaning was very minimal. As far as care goes for myself, They were not personable at all and didnt let me know anything that was going on with my teeth, etc. They talked in their dental lingo and didnt care to inform me, the patient, what was going on. I have dental anxiety and made them aware and the hygienist, Shelly laughed it off as if it were a joke. Had one filling and my mouth still hurts from over a month ago. They have me going every week for a filling when i was told I only needed 2. I ask questions, and They shrug them off and do not answer them..did not put my dental anxiety at ease at all. I could go on and on about this poor practice and how unprofessional is. desperately seeking another dentist asap!

The minute you walk in, it stinks. Literally smells. Like bad armpit odor. If you call, It takes forever to make or cancel an appointment because youre on hold for 30 mins. I left that place and found a better, clean place.

This is the scummiest F*****n building in Amsterdam. You can smell the body odor before you even walk in the place. Definitely finding another dentist. They cant do there job right to save there life.

This place is awful, dont bother trying to get in contact with a supervisor or anyone in charge they wont bother calling you back. Must be too good to actually do their job. GHETTO is the best word to describe this unprofessional place. Im writing a bad review on yelp too.

Havent been back in years, always cancelled or wanted to reschedule appointments...always takes for ever to get seen and then they seem to rush you out the door. Very unprofessional, lazy, and will never return to them.

They pulled my teeth. Thru away my partials told me it wouldnt take long to get my new ones. Have had me waiting months for my new teeth. And they keep rescheduling. There attitudes suck. They dont care what issues they cause no concern for others. I wish I never took me or my children there. Worst dentist ever.. Ruined my whole summer. And they just called to cancel again. Smh.. What can I do about them, I want my teeth and never to return..Can i possibly have my teeth and records transferred because it has been almost 6 months without my partials. this is uncomfortable and embarrassing..

It always smells like BO in this place and it takes them forever! Get more staff and maybe some air freshener. Its rediculous how every time I go there it smells.

It can be poor at times

I have been here several times in recent months and each visit has been great! Staff have been professional, responsive, and kind. I would recommend NDHC to anyone looking for detail oriented, professional, and welcoming medical care!
