This is the most irresponsible and rude faculty I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. After waiting 2 months for an appointment it was cancelled the week before with them saying our insurance does not cover out patient care, which it does, and there was nothing they can do about it unless we wanted to pay cash. The office manager was rude and refused to listen or help in any way. Basically she said there is nothing they can do and it was our problem. When dealing with any health facility you expect at least some concern for patients, but when dealing with mental health there should be an added concern for the unstability of the patients in need. Please do yourself a favor and stay far away from this Private facility, whose only concern is about money with no care of the outcome of the patients they come in contact with.
