No one listens to the patient and they just stare at the computer lots of fun lol

Don’t get me wrong Dr. Gulati is a wonderful doctor. Very patient and cares for his patients. His staff on the other hand very rude and unprofessional. It makes no sense for me to make an appointment only to be seen two hours later and when I ask why the wait is so long I’m told “You have to ask the people in the back I can’t help you!”

Dr. Gulati is patient, kind and very informative. He always explains what he is doing and the medicines he is prescribing. Anytime I have called even with an emergency he has always made time for me.

Dr G has a warm n gentle spirit. he make all of your anxiety and medical hurts less. Great knowledge...Ive been with him a long time his office also try to accommodate your emergency concerns. the office staff is fantastic

Had an awful experience. We’ve trying to get dr guloti to complete insurances papers to get my crippled mother equipment she needs(wheelchair, hoyer lift, hospital bed ). Each visit goes by and he writes in the medical reports that my mother can walk with a walker which is not true. We call over the phone and they makes us come back in. These return visits take a toll on my mother; we have to arrange an elevated van to accommodate a wheelchair. They still do not do any testing of her physical abilities and still fill out the paperwork incorrectly. The Dr. then screams at our family and told us and my 82 yet old mother to find another doctor saying he has plenty of patients and doesn’t need us. This dr is unethical in what he is doing. He lied on medical records and insurance forms stating my mother could do things without and physical testing. He never asks her to stand up so he does not know her abilities. She is constantly falling out of bed and we need the police to her get her up. His treatment of an old lady is atrocious. I am filing a complaint With NY State dept of health. I think he keeps incorrectly fills out the insurance form and then calls back and again and again so he can keep billing Medicare. My mother is suffering and his behavior is unforgivable. I hope someday someone treats his mother the way he treated mine.
