Love dr p and staff BUT a 5 min appointment will be 5 hrs wait.

Dr. Polofsky was thorough, knowledgeable and had a very collaborative approach. He answered all of my questions in a very caring way. He also discussed related issues and suggestions of how to deal with them. He is thorough, collaborative and smart and I highly recommend him. The Physicians Assistants and Nurse Practitioner were also excellent in their dealings with me.

I was calling from a providers office. Office manager had me on hold for over 10 minutes. Finally, when she came on the line she was absolutely rude and disrespectful. She was NOT willing to help me in any way. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS until the office manager is replaced with someone who can handle working in the medical field!

I have been seeing Dr. Polofsky for about 15 years and wouldnt trust my health to anyone else he is a fountain of knowledge and experience. I can honestly say that my quality of life has improved greatly under his guidance.I would also have to give his front end staff and management cudos they are professional understanding and go out of there way to help whenever they can. I love them and wish them the best new year they deserve it. They simply are the best !!

The Dr. is methodical, thorough, and chatty.A five minute appointment will take hours and hours.

Hes an AWESOME doctor with AWESOME beside manners. Lets not forget smart, kind,caring, gentle, patient and most of all you can ask him QUESTIONS!!... Hes not rushing your visit!!😊just make sure you put time aside for the visit🙄

The rating Im giving is for the good doctor himself. Yes, it may take hours for an office visit with doctor Polofsky but he will also take all the time you need and explain everything to you, if you want in and out then go find a cookie cutter office. The doctor is very knowledgeable and doesnt try rushing you out the door, that is his big strenght, Im tired of going to doctors who rush in and your out in 5 minutes and you have no clue as to what happened and unanswered questions. So for me Ill sit and wait patiently for my turn, I know Ill be getting great treatment.

Staff is rude and incompetent they walk around dazed and confused. The dr is good just talks way to much. Between the 2 a easy 30 min process turns in 3 hrs easy. My opinion go some place else.

I am a patient of Dr. Polofsky, for over 27 years. Ive followed, Dr. Polofsky as he made changes in his career, if that doesnt show you what a dedicated doctor is and the trust his patients have in him, I have complete confident in Dr. Polofsky and his care for all his patients.After he goes home, his dedication to his patients doesnt end there. I truly dont know any doctor, who actually cares for his patiences, he actually does, and he took time at night after a full day of work to research all my symptoms, than giving me a list of doctors for me to see.When my daughter was born, I didnt go to a pediatrician, I knew deep inside my heart, going to Dr. Polofsky, was the best doctor to care for my daughter. I never had any doubt or concerns. My daughter is now 21 years of age and never had any illness; I contribute a lot of it for taking my daughter to the best doctor, Dr. Polofsky.I have been ill, for over 10 years, I have gone to so many doctors, but when I went to these doctors, they found nothing. Dr. Polofsky, never gave up and now I know what my illness is.You certainly at times may have to wait in the waiting room, to see him, but I assure you, its worth your time. When its your turn, you have a one on one with Dr. Polofsky, he doesnt rush his patients in & out, he is through explaining in full detail and if you have any questions, he takes the time to be sure each and every patient understands things, you never go home wondering or unsure.This is why at times you my wait to see Dr. Polofsky, but when youre being seen he will give you all his attention, to understand why youre visiting him that day.This is the one of the reasons once you get to know, Dr. Polofsky, you will have a more confidence and you will know he does his utmost ability to fulfill and put his patients, at ease.Kind Regards,Debra Ann Meder

The Doctor is the best.i have nothing bad to say about him, but the staff? The front desk staff are the worse, He needs to fire all of them and hire more PROFESSIONAL. Staffs. They are rude, disrespectful and lies, i would give the Doctor 5 stars but because of the staff, i didnt. I used to be,a,patient,there but not anymore, because of the staff.

My late daughter introduced me to Doctor Polosky. He really is a caring, compassionate and conscientious person when it comes to his patients. He spends time with each and every patient. That is why he is worth waiting your turn to see him!

I want to start by saying Dr. Polofsky is an AMAZING DOCTOR, EXTREMELY ATTENTIVE! However, his wife at the front desk is the office manager, she has the worst attitude I have ever come across and does not do her job at all. Most miserable person walking on this planet, which makes it unbearable to have to see her. As great of a doctor that Dr. P is he will lose patients because the front desk is HORRIBLE!

Great doctor. Incompetent lying theiving staff. Told my mother they took her insurance & told her she had a deductable. After they got a denial for the Date of Service, we come to find out they dont accept her insurance for the past 5 months. Then the cracker jack of a manager started hiding behind multiple lies like, mail gets lost we were unaware insurance companies lie. She was basically digging her own grave every time she spoke and obviously kept my mothers money. DO NOT SEE THIS DR. UNLESS YOU KNOW THE INS AND OUTS OF YOUR INSURANCE so you dont get taken advantage of. The wife and staff are a cancer to the business and will prey on people by collecting a deductable which is basically an out of pocket consult fee.

TERRIBLE FRONT DESK SERVICE OTHER THAN THAT THE DOCTORS ARE WONDERFUL
