My daughter recently had her first visit with this office. What a great experience, from the very start of booking over the phone the receptionist was so friendly and helpful… Then our actual visit was the same , reception was so sweet and had to inform us our referral had never been sent from our primary Doctor.. she still let us check in and waited for us to get everything situated w the office keeping the appointment as scheduled… Then Dermatologist /doctor Rebecca was awesome. Was super gentle and informative about the issue my daughter was having… What a great experience especially coming from a different office that was so awful ….

Treated as a number, not a patient. Rushed by doctor. Have to pry for basic information about my conditions. Customer service is essentially nonexistent. Zero communication between staff. Fails to return phone calls.. Failed to book my appointment at the proper location. Failed to address prescription problems. Would not allow me to check-in and pay remotely (from my car) during covid. Waiting for months for a phonecall from a director...The owners of this practice should be ashamed...Get your act together!EDIT: If you would like to discuss my experience. You can contact me. I love the people there theyre very professional courtesy and kind they take their time and explain things to you so you understand it and tell you whats the next step. They have a very clean office exam rooms bathrooms thank you

Made a 9am appt online for this sun. Got up early, got there early to fill out paperwork, no one ever opened!! No one was there! What a waste of time at this location. I’ve been to the Bellmore location they are there for your appt!! Very disappointed now I have to go to ER

Shes very good at what she does Very nice and caring. Shes great, but the office /staff ....Communication is the key If i call for a prescription renewal, I shouldnt have to wait a month for someone to tell me Oh yeah the only again before they prescribe me another reason why youre prescription didnt go thru is because you have to be seen by the Dermatologist again beforehand Again. It took almost 2 months for someone to say anything. I had to call again, and then thats when someone (Danielle told me that i had to be seen again .Sooooo when was anybody going to say something?????? At the end of the day its not her fault but I say it again. COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY.

I feel like dr Zoila Flashner didn’t Care about the concerns I had about my skin. I feel like she didn’t listen to me when i came for my visits. She just kept giving me harsh medication that wasn’t helping my skin but actually making it worse and she couldn’t tell me The underlying issue on why I had the face acne but just kept giving me the medication.

Very good dermatologist caring and understanding of the best way to help you with your skin care. The staff is very easy to get along with and dose there best to make sure you get the attention you need. Doctors are unbelievable with so much information about your skin condition. Will call myself lucky to be a patient. 😎

Dr.Seelal is absolutely incredible. I had terrible cystic acne before I found her and while the accutane treatment she had me on was long it was well worth it and I have her to thank for my now acne free face. I would recommend her as a dermatologist before any other (and Ive been to quite a few). Genuinely cares about her patients and has excellent bed side manner! 10/10

Drs. OK but the staff and support is terrible. If you call, expect to wait on hold for a while. There is typically a long wait in the office and the staff is uncommunicative about the wait and often just rude. Even with COVID you are expected to wait in the tiny waiting room with other patients who may or may not have a mask on (they have a rule for masks but people pull them down or take them off). Try any other dermatologist.

Beautiful, clean office, everything was pleasant from the start, receptionist was great, medical assistant was awesome, and the doctor was so pleasant and knowledgeable. Usually go to west Islip location, but will continue going to amityville location because of The great service. Almost no wait time!!!

The office staff was extremely pleasant. We were late to our appointment and we were the last patient to be seen. I usually dont receive a pleasant experience from a doctors office under those circumstances lol. Everyone was nice, we were in and out, no waiting. The medicine we were prescribed is working great. The dermatologist is on point. I would recommend this place.

My father went to this office, the staff is very attentive. He loves Dr Sklar. She took special care of my elderly dad making sure the medication he received not interact with all the medication he is on for his Rheumatoid arthritis and so happy to say he is doing great! Thank you.

THEY ARE TERRIBLE!

My daughter has been sick for a couple weeks now and was even admitted to a local hospital. Also took her back to the ER 2 days after being discharged. Its been a complete nightmare, since her pediatrician, pediatric doctors in the ER, and hospital were clueless about my daughters symptoms/condition. All I heard was it could be this and that (each time was a different diagnosis).Dr. Fruma Leah Wiederman saw my daughter at her office today and within 2 SECONDS upon looking at my daughter and reading her chart prior, she was able to distinguish the diagnosis. Now it all makes more sense (although its not completely over). I wanted to jump on her and give her a big ol hug (I was that thankful for her knowledge)!
