My experience at Radiant Complexions is always great! My dermatologist is extremely knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. I will certainly be returning for the Black Friday specials. They offer a great value for dermatology services and staff is so awesome.

I bought a derm abrasion package years ago made an appointment to get the last one done. Got an phone call they will not honor it even with paperwork! Buyer be warned.

I have always had very pleasant experiences at RC. Everyone is very knowledgeable. One of my problems has been hair loss. Thankfully they have helped me tremendously with this issue. My stylist thinned out my hair today! 😏

Let me start out by saying that if I could give this a 2.5 rating, I would. I was initially very optimistic about my visit to Radiant Complexions since I was able to get an appointment pretty quick. When I arrived, I only had to wait a couple minutes before getting called back. Katie was very professional and knowledgable, and I had an all around pleasant experience that I would rank around 4 stars. That being said, the billing process was a huge pain. I opted to pay my bill online, but it was not a very good or responsive system. It ended up charging me twice, but it took about two weeks for me to be able to prove the problem to the billing office. Once they finally realized that they were in the wrong, I was told I would get a refunded check at the beginning of November. A little over a month later (middle November), I still hadnt gotten a check. I decided to call billing again and let them know. The person I talked to told me that she would tell her supervisor and that she would call me back. I never got that call back. A week after, I called again and was told that the check was on the way. I didnt get said check until yesterday, and my name was misspelled on it. Luckily, it still deposited, but it was all a very frustrating experience since this process started at the beginning of October.I realize this could be a completely isolated incident, but if you go to Radiant Complexions, do yourself a favor and do NOT pay your bill online.

I had an appointment two months back to check on my moles since I had a few new ones develop and I had a previous history of pre-cancerous cells with other moles. While they were friendly and fast, they provided little information for the freezing procedure they used after I had explained I had never had this procedure before. Instead of taking a biopsy of any questionable moles and perform an entire body examination with those glasses, they just froze them all. After, they did not give me any information for what to expect in the following weeks or how to take care of my skin (if I should use aquaphor, pick off the scab, put a bandaid over my open flesh, etc). I called about a week later because I had such a bad reaction which they said could happen and said I was fine as long as I didn’t have a fever. Now, my moles are still in every location and I have scars around them from the procedure. They also did not explain that I would have out of pocket expenses and I only found out when I received a bill from them in the mail for over $300. This is the third dermatology office I’ve been to in my life and is by far the worst.

They are friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Front desk and provider were both very easy to talk to and well organized!
