I got my nails done, simple black and pink nails, and they were 55. my sisters were exactly like mine just with different colors, no designs and were 65 and my other sisters who got long simple white nails, 70. and one of my nails came off when i went on tuesday the 20th. it’s the 25th. poor quality for such an expensive price.

Showed picture of what i wanted. End result looked NOTHING like pic. Was told if i wanted it to look like pics i should went to person who done ones on pic.

Looked like I needed a fill in as soon as she finished

I paid $78 for my nails and toes. My gel polish on my toes was coming off that same night. My nails was very thin, they broke that same night also. I called in that next morning to get them fix but the “manger” was very rude and didn’t want to fix them. I will NEVER come back, they do a awful job.

I will not use this Nail Salon ever again! Lets just say....I never thought I would suffer a first degree burn on my thumb ever from getting my nails done!🤬 I wish there was a way to give zero stars because 1 star is too much!😡

This is the 2nd time I got my nails done here and I had a picture asked if she could this beforehand again the worst nails ever I dont do nails so Im had a picture of what I wanted still did horrible paid before she finished had to go home and soak of the mess.

I will not be returning. The lady did a half job then she put the wrong color after I told her twice and showed her the color I wanted.

I just moved to this city and got a full set..i left an thought they were pretty alright and 5 days later ive had 3 nails pop of an already need a fill. Not okay for $60 dollars 🤦‍♀️

The wait was sooo long...but the service was okay after you finally get in the chair!!

I understand being in a hurry with lots of people waiting, but.... be thorough! Some of us come for special occasions only and want to look our best for it. Not poorly done. Its disappointing.

I have been coming here since they opened, but are looking for a new place. There are always new people there, very few who understands what you are saying. When you tip its expected, no thank yous!!I tip generously, but I will not again. The place is showing it’s wear and tear, it is getting dirty! The pedicure is fine for the most time, but I have had several times where incompetent guys have cut my toes, and yelled that I jerked my foot, while the owner is just sitting there listening, no action on her part!! I have made appointments, and arrived in good time only to find a salon full of customers, and the wait is just as long. What a joke to make an appointment!!Its a shame that it is falling a part with bad management or should I say no management!!I used to love coming here, not any more.

I love this place. They have very nice gestures, one proposal, and one happy birthday for their clients videos posted on their facebook page. This is really warm and one of a kind customer service.

I used to always go here when Ms. Linda owned the place and John and Susan where my technicians but I stopped cause every since then NOONE can do my nails right! I went there yesterday and this new guy by the door did my stiletto nails ! He told me that HAD TO be long or they wouldnt be cute and I SIMPLY told him I didnt want them that long because of where I work! He also did my acrylic so far away from my cuticle it looks like I need a fill in and its only been ONE DAY !My nails are also so damn lumpy and disformed ! The only reason I came here is cause my technician at Sallys was on vacation but I will NEVER go here again unless its something simple Im getting!

Customer service is awful. They aren’t friendly and they are so slow. I have been sitting here for 2 hours and counting, just to get my acrylics taken off. On top of that, there is literally no one in here. It’s ridiculous. Never again.

Terrible did not greet me when I entered or ask me what I want to get. Signed in and sat down for 30 minutes just to be told they couldn’t help me
