I dont have a problem with the optometrist; their personality and demeanor are always outstanding. My problem is with the frames. I spend at least $350 out-of-pocket (after using my insurance) for my glasses and frames, and after 1 month the frames start to fall apart, or the lenses are loose within the frames and move when I clean my glasses. I dont know who they use for making the glasses or frames, but the quality is very very poor for the price that one has to pay. Very bad quality!

In the past, I have had appointments, and walkins have been taken before those with appointments. One time, I waited 1.5 hours past my appointment time, making me late to get back to work.This year, my appointment was pushed off that I had made a year ago. 2 of my coworkers were able to make NEW appointments on the call list for cancellations and get in within a week. I had supposedly been on the call list and never got a call. Then, they tell me they cant get me an appointment for 2 months, and they THINK I am on the call list, but wont tell me for sure. Six doctors, and not one appointment??

Great experience with some of the workers. The others seemed like they had bad days but they weren’t helping me I just observed my surroundings. The ladies I encountered throughout my visit were awesome. Nice facility and very clean restrooms 🙂🙂🙂

My son was a new patient and one staff was rude and sarcastic to me. I used to love coming there as a patient myself but not anymore.

FANTASTIC! I have been very pleased with Regional Eye Center for the past couple of years that I have been using Dr. Ray Williams. He is a very thorough Doctor, he explains things very well and will not hesitate to answer any questions. He does so great with our 5 year old and 3 year old! Such a great chairside manner! His nurse is so sweet! She makes us feel so comfortable and relaxed. She is very knowledgeable as well which is very helpful! The front desk is so helpful! They take time to help you if you don’t understand something with your bill, insurance, doctor, glasses, etc! They went above and beyond to help me on a few problems when they didn’t have to, I am so thankful for those gestures! I would highly recommend them! Thank you ladies (and gentlemen) for all y’all do!! Y’all work hard up there and it doesn’t go unnoticed!

I recently had caderac surgery in both eyes at their new Regional Surgical Specialists Center. I must say I was very impressed with not only their state of the art facilities but their wonderful staff . They all made me feel safe and secure knowing I was getting the very best of care . I also feel we are so very lucky to have Dr. Tu in our area .He and his staff are awesome .Laurie Oder

Everyone here was so nice and helpful..... Miranda was able to squeeze me in an appointment. When I ordered glasses she was able to make sure I had them before I left for China.

I love Regional Eye Center! Every employee I encountered was so friendly and they were very accommodating to my needs when it came to selecting glasses. The Drs were also friendly, I didnt feel like I was being rushed or like my concerns were not being addressed. Dr. Tu performed surgery on my child when he was six months old for a tear duct that wasnt fully developed, and we have never had any problems since. Thank you all so much for your care, we will see you all again soon!

The staff is not only very friendly and social but they are very accommodating. They are willing to do whatever it takes to get you the appt you need when you need it. I brought my daughters broken glasses in with only one arm and they not only fixed the one a but replaced the missing one for her with no problem. Its a clean and comfortable office. My family wont go anywhere else.

I was impressed with all the staff. Appreciated Dr. Tu’s chair side manner. Looking forward to being a regular patient. Only down side was long wait for my husband to get lenses ordered.

Love this wonderful office!! Best Doctors ever and a staff that is wonderful. From checking in with Miranda to checking out with Ashley, You get polite and helpful service every time. Anything from checking on your next eye appt to having your glasses adjusted, Regional Eye Center is the best!!.

This place is absurd! Looks like twenty employees walking around doing nothing. Come here for wifes eye exam been here over two hours. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Came in to pick up wifes glasses that came in took 45 min to move the glasses from the counter to her hand. 45 minutes ........
