I love this Dentist and the entire office staff. They are friendly and very accommodating. One of my sons is very afraid of dental work, but Dr Jensen is very understanding and very patient. He is happy, calm, and reassuring during the visit and procedures. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a pediatric dentist.

Dr Jensen always treats us great! He is great with kids of all ages. He explains things in ways you can understand and is very helpful. Everyone in his office is great as well.

I have brought my kids to him for 20 years and now that they are having kids, they are choosing to bring them to him as well. Dr. Jensen is quick and precise and kind. We’ve always been pleased with Dr. Jensen’s work and I’ve always been especially pleased that we’re seen almost immediately upon entering the office. Our semiannual visits are always a pleasant experience—at least as much as a visit to the dentist can be!

Had a great experience. They were quick, helpful, kind, and I loved how all the kids were in the same area so I could be with all 3 while they had their visits. The kids loved watching movies while they had their teeth cleaned, and the dentist was kind and seems experienced. I would recommend them!

We have two young boys with SPD. This office is so fantastic and work so well with them. Weve been going to them for a couple years. We have been so impressed with the whole staff and especially Dr. Jensen. They were able to fully put one of my two sons under, to treat several cavities at once, for a much better experience for him (my son has ASD as well as the SPD, so this kind of thing is very hard for him). This office is wonderful, very kind and understanding group of people! We highly recommend them especially if you have kids with special needs.

Everyone is so nice and caring. They take good care of my kids. One of my kids has a bad gag reflex and they do their best with her! I not only love this place because it’s 5 minutes from my house but it’s the people. All of them, from the nurses that take us back and do the cleaning, to the front office ladies- billing and appointments- they’re all great!!! With three kids, having a monthly payment is a TREMENDOUS help!! Then the Dentist/Doctor is so awesome! He cares!! I love how they have everything scheduled to where once my child has had their cleaning, the doctor is right there ready to check. My son is TERRIFIED of the dentist- and I mean terrified. He will ask me every month if he has to go. One time he had a tooth that was infected. We went got it checked, got antibiotics and treated it. Well it didn’t help. So we went back and it was determined that the tooth needed pulled! Ahhhh! My poor son, he instantly began crying and trying to leave. The doctor talked to him so calmly and told him how easy it is and how he wouldn’t feel a thing. He told my son that he would tell him everything he’s doing before he does it and what every little toolIs for. My anxiety was through the roof and I was fighting back my tears. This appointment wasn’t for a tooth extraction, so the doctor was on a schedule and my son kept fighting, fighting and fighting it. Finally the doctor said “ok you can come back and get a shot in your hip that will make you fall asleep” and my son DID not want that, he wanted to be awake. So FINALLY after some very tuff moments and bribery, my son let it happen. Thank goodness for the laughing gas. The moment that got put on my son- I knew he would be ok. He held my hand the whole time and was drenched in sweat ( mommy heartbreak) but the doctor did exactly what he said he would. Told him what everything is for, what it does and when he was using it. After that experience I knew I would never look for another dentist. He’s the BEST!!! Love this team!!! They are on TOP of their work. By the time the tooth was pulled and I went up front to billing she had already everything figured out- what insurnace covers, what I have to pay, etc. Come to this office, you won’t be disappointed!!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

We came to see this dentist after a bad experience at another dentist. The dentist made my kids feel a lot more comfortable, gave options To help them be more comfortable and get the treatment they needed. My kids no longer dislike the dentist. They also automatically schedule cleaning and x-rays every six months and send reminders in the mail and text you to ensure that the date works for you. Makes everything less complicated and one last thing to remember.

I took my kids to this dentist after having a bad experience at another dentist. They were so good with my kids here. The dentist joked with my daughter about her loose tooth which she loved. The dentist showed her that the tools were “ soft”and not scary (as he brushed her cheek with the mirror) before he put them in her mouth. I love that he also explained things really well to me. I was able to understand exactly which treatments they needed and why. He is Soooo good with kids. He was very patient when They got a little bit crazy in the office. We went home with fun gift bags that included T-shirts Toothbrushes and sticky hands.

They worked great with my kids! They took the time to explain what they were doing and made it feel safe and fun. Their office is decorated with bright colors and pictures of favorite cartoon characters. Staff were friendly and made our visit smooth and quick!

Dr. Jensen is incredibly friendly and a great dentist. My oldest was 2 when we started going here and she is 17 now. They don’t know another dentist because they don’t have to!!! He’s awesome. He’s affordable and he has a great staff.

Dr. Jensen an excellent dentist. He takes the time to listen to your concerns. He talks to the patient not just the parent and is personable. He is kind and patient and explains what he sees going on and then gives you options. He has been my childrens dentist for 16 years. I would highly recommend.

I have been taking my kids here for a few years and have always been pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the quality of their work. I was very impressed with the precautions taken during covid-19. I brought two kids with me and they were both in and out of the office in 10 minutes for their cleaning and x rays. We were the only ones there. Everyone was wearing masks and disinfecting everything. We were even met at the door as we got out of the car and they took our temperature and immediately gave us hand sanitizer before going in. They opened the door so we didn’t need to. I felt like me and my kids were very safe.

Very efficient office. Making an appointment was easy and convenient. They were kind to my daughter and made me feel like they cared about her and her teeth.

We drive 30 minutes to come here and its so worth it. He is the fastest dentist Ive ever seen, which is great for the kids. Plus I love that they have toys in the back so we can all go back and the kids play still while they wait for their turn.

We went to another dental office and found out my 3 year old (he is supper calm and coropitive)needed to have a couple cavities fixed. They recommend having him have “happy juice” for sedation and then they would do the dental work. Well the “happy juice” cause him to get stressed and not know what was going on so they advised for him to get anesthesia. I just wanted to get a second opinion because he seemed to do fine without the sedation. We called Timpanogos Pediatric dental they were able to get us in quickly and see what was going on. We talked about options and went with zero sedation. He did amazing! The staff was so sweet and kind with him. They told him everything they were going to do and made sure he felt comfortable and safe. I would 100% recommend this office!

Dr. Scott Jensen is great. Weve been going to him for several years. But I do have to say I have not been impressed with his assistants that do the x-rays and cleanings. They have not been very warm towards the kids. I just think if youre going to choose to work in pediatric dentistry, you need to be friendly and talkative with the kids. I have one son who has had lots of teeth problems since he was a toddler and hates getting his teeth cleaned now. I just wish the staff was friendlier. Ive noticed this for the past couple years. This last time has made me consider finding another pediatric office.

We have been going to Timpanogos Pediatric Dentistry for about 14 years and have always had a really good experience. They are so efficient and get you in and out quickly. They are good at getting us in when we need and when we need to re-schedule they are very accommodating.

My kids love coming to Dr Jensen. Great experience for my four kids. Something for all of them to enjoy...toys to play with while waiting and movies to watch. The experience is always fast, thorough and comfortable. Dr Jensen is great with all ages. Staff is great too. I had a bad experience elsewhere and was recommeneded Dr Jensen. I wouldn’t take my kids anywhere else. Highly recommended!!

My 2 year old had extensive dental work done here. I was really nervous but the dentist, anesthetist, and all the other staff members were so competent and kind. Now I trust them all completely and will always come here for his dentist appointments. They all cared so much about my son and about us and did everything they could to answer our questions and feel good about the procedures. Id recommend them to everyone with kids. Also, they were able to get xrays of my sons teeth and check them, which other dentists were unable to do.

Dr Jensen is quick, kind and compassionate! He explains things well and is especially good at talking to the kids on their levels. He really helps to ease the childs anxieties. We have been going to Dr Jensen for 15 years and we have never had a bad experience with the Dr or the staff. A great place to take your young kids!!

It was fine... but my teen kids said that the girl that was flossing was really really rough. And didn’t like that. So maybe if they could be a little more gentler that would be great. I mean it is a pediatric dentist.

They got 5 of my kids in and out in 30 minutes. My kids thoughts it was so fun. Dr Jensen was great with them. We’ll definitely be back!

One of our kids had to have some fairly extensive work done. We worked with their staff to understand what insurance would cover. They told us they had called our insurance and that everything would be covered. They were wrong. They then tried to blame us for that. Funny thing is - only $300 wasnt covered. We were fine to pay that or a portion of it. We just wanted them to admit they were wrong and perhaps share some of that tiny portion that wasnt covered. They doubled down on basically calling us stupid and offered no remedy to the bad information they gave us. And, thats not the way I like to be treated.

My daughter had a small cavity and he got her scheduled in 2 days to fill it and did so really quick and without a shot. She has had really bad experiences at the dentist, but he makes it quick and painless!

Dr.Jensen is the best! Truly 2nd to none! I highly recommend him to anyone who wants the best all-around dental care for their children. My 4 kids have been going to him for about 3 years and he is always fast, efficient, and has a very friendly staff. He has done extensive care on my kids including root canals, caps, and extractions, and he is always extremely gentle and reassuring. He met us at the office at 11pm with no complaints when my 2 year old knocked out a tooth, he just honestly cares about his patients. We live 40 minutes away, but it is worth the drive to have the best care!2018 Update: We have now been going to Dr.Jensen for all our pediatric dental needs for the past 7 years and we are continually amazed with him and his staff. They get all 5 of my kids in at once and continually make my kids feel comfortable. They truly care about their patients. How many people can say that their children get excited to go to the dentist? My kids absolutely love Dr.Jensen and his staff. When he met us at 11pm when my daughter was 2, he was able to put the tooth that had been knocked out back in. She is now 6 and just recently lost that tooth. His willingness to meet us that night allowed for her permanent teeth to come in correctly and prevented my daughter from having to get braces. We took our elementary-aged daughter here and had a great experience. I was able to get an appointment the day after calling. There was a nice playhouse in the lobby. They were able to get us back in a short time. The xrays and cleaning were quick. The doctor took the time to take a second xrays to get a better look at her teeth. I really liked that. He was very thorough when explaining what we needed to get done. He was also very cheerful the whole time, which was nice because usually doctors arent. I dont plan on switching dentists anytime soon!

Dr. Jensen is kind and gentle. I went to him as a child and now my own baby sees him. Not to mention it is the fastest dental office ever.

I love that Dr. Jensen is straight with us. He tells the kids - lay off the soda pop its not good for you in any way.
