My experience from beginning to now (about 7 visits later) has been awesome! I have full confidence on the ability of all doctors including my treating chiropractor to provide for my chiropractic needs. They have helped me with hip misalignment, a shoulder that slipped out of place, my 3 month old son with acid reflux and a tilted neck, my 9 year old with simple back discomfort, I have even recommended my dad who has had a spinal fusion to go here because it is so effective yet uninvasive (he gets a free consultation since I referred him - awesome!) . Super grateful to Cadence for all of their help this pregnancy! I first came in when I was 22 weeks pregnant because I was having really bad sciatic nerve pain, to the point I couldn’t walk normally or bend over. They were very helpful, kind, took time to explain things to me, called my insurance to figure out pricing so I didn’t have to… Then at my follow up appointment they went over a personalized care plan with me and made sure I felt comfortable with things. I’ve been having weekly adjustments since then. After a few weeks of visits, my sciatic nerve pain was completely gone. I’m 31 weeks now, and have seriously NO hip/back pain like all my pregnant friends do. And the sciatica has never come back. Pricing is way more than fair, and they are so good at explaining things and remembering details about me. Totally recommend!

Fantastic experience. I went in because of a knee pain after a hyper extension and they were able to get me in the schedule and determine the situation with a treatment plan. I also got adjusted which has helped other back issues I was having. I came to cadence chiropractic for prenatal adjustments and Im so glad I did! I had very little low back and hip pain during my pregnancy. Also at my 37 week check up I found out that my baby flipped breech and so they got me in for a couple extra appointments that week and gave me some stretches to do at home to give me the best chances of getting her back into optimal positioning. My midwife said its uncommon for babies that late to flip back but by the next week my baby flipped back down and I didnt have any complications delivering her. Im really grateful to have found these guys to help me during my pregnancy!

The environment here is a pleasant test to someone who 1)loves a comfortable atmosphere, 2) has a strong value of their time and 3) appreciates their ability to serve themselves. Dr. Marc seems to have taken the best of technology, a driven devotion to true chiropractic, and a desire to make it manageable and affordable to receive quality chiropractic care. He has been able to quickly assess and treat the pain I was feeling and in less than 2 weeks, the light at the end of the tunnel isnt a train (whereas before, I was certain it was the fast track to disaster). The office is always festively decorated, and filled with smiles from the staff. Using apps and tech Im able to always get my appointments rescheduled if necessary, including after hours.In addition to all of it, Dr. Marc is extremely informative about the need for quality care, and the vast range of life situations that are often neglected and lack chiropractic care. Treatment is from an office of individuals who truly understand it is a whole person being treated, and can converse with you about the effects of most anything you are doing to your body.Treat yourself right! These guys are awesome! I’m pregnant so I was a bit nervous about going to a chiropractor. But they see a lot of pregnant women and really take the time to explain everything and make sure you’re comfortable. For my first appointment today they went through a whole list of things to make sure they knew exactly what kind of pain I was experiencing and then explaining to me the process of how it would be fixed. They really take their time which i appreciated a lot since I’m a worrier and a first time mom. I’m so excited to go back!

1st time in as a preggy lady at 32 wks. Sammy was great and same with Dr. Todd. I really liked how they explained everything so thoroughly: what they do, their goals to meet my goals, and what they will do in future sessions as well. They did a thermal spinal check which was interesting and they also manually felt along my spine assessing for tightness and pain.I felt the most incredible stretch while Dr. Todd did some webster technique stretch...it was on the front of my left hip and I had no idea I was so tight on that side. It is connected to my hip bone & uterus and I feel it was an important adjustment I would have never gotten from a chiropractic that wasnt certified in this pregnancy focused technique. My goal in coming to a webster technique certified chiropractic office is to have a smooth & safe birth for me & baby and to make sure my body is in alignment so I can birth my baby with as few problems as possible. Also to make sure baby is in proper position and not breeched.They also worked on other areas that werent just for pregnant hip/lower back stuff. My neck was worked on bc Ive had tmj and issues basically since I was a teenager and some work on my midback which I didnt expect to feel...but was connected to helping to resolve pain in my hands I think.Overall a great experience and looking forward to next weeks visit♡..yay!

I started coming in at about 34 weeks pregnant due to severe pain in my pelvic area and lower back. I noticed such a huge difference after the 1st appointment and by the time I had my 3rd adjustment, it was pretty much gone! They are super friendly and helpful. Scheduling is a breeze and flexible enough you dont have to schedule too far out. Payments are easy and their payment plans are reasonable. The office is clean and has a nice atmosphere to it. Definitely recommend them to anyone pregnant or not!

I have struggled with complex migraines for the past 10 years. I usually get stroke symptoms with extreme pain that ALWAYS would leave me throwing up and crying (dramatic I know.)Ever since Dr Nelson has been adjusting me and doing cranial therapy, my migraines only last a few hours and I now only get mild head pain with some stroke symptoms. Went to a fair where he set up an exhibit with special $45 new client visit offer. Went to my appointment expecting it to be an appointment but instead waited 30 minutes just to be seen by the assistant. She used some gadget on my spine but couldn’t explain anything deflecting any relevant questions for the actual chiropractor. That wraps and it’s already been another 30 minute wait and I had stuff to do so I told them to forget it. Didn’t even get to see the guy. I move twice that next year and don’t get anything from them then recently get a bill for $120 that they’re sending to collections because they couldn’t be bothered to call or email me. Worst joke of a company ever.

I love Cadence Chiropractic! I was terrified of Chiropractors that cracked me so I hadn’t been to one in years but I hurt my neck and knew I needed help. I couldn’t get in for a few days but he gave me some exercises to do over the phone that helped get me through the weekend. I feel so much better, now when a problem arises my body is better equipped to handle it, it’s never as bad as it used to be and my recovery is much quicker! Highly recommend!!

Very nice place but they lack communication! I was pleased until I was informed I needed to pay a bill 4 months later. Had no idea and they didn’t bother to tell me until it was almost due. I paid it and a few weeks later I received emails claiming I still need to pay it. Thank goodness I found a new chiropractor with better communication and costumer service!

These con artists will charge you even when they werent able to provide service. Completely unprofessional, Then they never contact you and send you to collection over completely made up charges.

Spent time educating me to help my some with his colic/gas problems. Wish I had known chiropractors could help with that with my first baby. The Doctor was very gentle, even demonstrating on me the push my 8 week old would feel. I will continue coming here for all my chiropractor needed for me entire family.

Took me in last minute, very thorough examination, worried about my back being popped and cracked because I just threw it out that morning, but he had a handy dandy little device that allowed him to adjust my lower back and hips with out the normal adjustment process I am use to. I honestly got up off the table feeling better. Hands down an amazing experience, with a caring and knowledgeable staff. I convinced my wife to dump her current chiropractor for them. Have had rib head issues for years. The staff and dr thoroughly explained the assessment process and then the actual adjustment was amazing. I felt ribs go back into place that I didn’t even know were out. I was literally stunned because I have become so accustomed to adjustments not doing the entire job and leaving a chiropractors office unsatisfied and just being glad for a little relief. Total relief after today’s visit!!!

*Update: Now 13 months postpartum. Im still going to Cadence with a maintenance care plan, and it has continued to play a critical role in my daily well being. Anytime Ive taken breaks from care, I start to have aches, pains and strains return within a few weeks. Many of my friends and family have started visiting Dr. Nelson, and theyre all very happy and have experienced relief. My toddler is also adjusted regularly, and she loves it, laughing and smiling through the whole thing. I cant thank Dr. Nelson and his lovely staff enough. Theyre always invested in how Im doing in general, and even though I dont know any of them personally, I feel more like Im stopping in to catch up with friends than to have a formal Dr.s appointment. Trust me, thats what you want from a good place.-----*Update: Now 5 months postpartum. I had a wonderful pregnancy and birth. My back and hips felt better than they did pre-pregnancy right up until the day my water broke. Investing in prenatal chiropractic care is one of the best decisions I made. My labor progressed quickly, and the discomfort was manageable. After labor, I was up and feeling phenomenal.----Im so thankful for Dr. Marc and his awesome staff!! They are caring, respectful and make you feel right at home. Im 25 weeks pregnant with my first and have preexisting back trauma. So, a gentle, no twisting approach was critical for me. In the weeks before I found Cadence, I couldnt sleep through the night due to back pain, had daily headaches, and struggled with painful jaw and ear inflammation that disrupted my daily life. After my very first appointment, my pains subsided and havent returned. I have slept through every night since! 🙌 I requested a proactive pregnancy care plan to carry me through delivery and have been very happy with that decision. If you are pregnant and/or suffering pains, I cant recommend Cadence enough!!

I started going to Cadence Chiropractic after a terrible car accident my brother and I where in. I was initially very hesitant because I didn’t want anyone twisting me around and destroying my back. When I came in I was very impressed with how much detail they had in the assessment, Dr Nelson gave me a lot of comfort and showed me that things would be different here. Dr Nelson uses this amazing device that does not twist or pop, I didn’t think it would do much but IT WORKS! It is amazing how much better I feel. I can safely say that I feel better now than I did before the accident. I am still recovering from how bad the accident was but I can definitely feel the difference when I can’t make it to the office for my appointment. Over all the office is clean, the staff and assistance are one of the best parts and the doctor is amazing. Dr. Nelson has been an excellent chiropractor for me and my family. I came in with limited range in my right shoulder (I am a high school teacher) and now have full range of motion with no pain. I also have no pain in my neck and he is currently making a huge difference with pain and range of motion in my right foot (I had bunion surgery last year). Before I started going to Cadence Chiropractic, I was having migraines 3-4 times a week. This had been going on for 3+ years. Apart from brain surgery, I felt like I had tried almost everything. It took a few weeks but the intensity started to go down and for the first time in forever, I was able to function without being in immense pain, which for me was a huge deal. When I get a migraine now, its pretty mild. Dr. Marc has really affected my life for the better and helped me improve. Gradually, I feel that I will improve in my lower back scoliosis issues which we are seeking not to reverse (cant be done), but to arrest and improve. Progress so far!!One day, in particular, I was experiencing an unusual amount of lower back discomfort, and luckily had an afternoon appointment with the Cadence clinic. Mark worked extra time on my problem area with the result being very positive and noticeable almost immediately. I highly recommend this skilled man and his friendly helpful staff.

In the past, I’ve always kept my distance from Chiropractors because I’ve seen online the crazy moves some of them do to pop necks and backs and was amazed that no one was dying after what seemed like movie scenes of necks being broken. I didn’t want anything to do with it. However my neck was getting worse every month that passed to the point that I could barely drive and I hated going to bed because it was so uncomfortable sleeping.Finally after almost a year of neck pain that was progressively getting worse, I turned to my wife (albeit painfully) while on our way to an annual pumpkin weigh in (because who doesn’t like a good hometown pumpkin contest) and said that I have to go get my neck looked at this week. To my amazement, there was a booth for Cadence Chiropractic where I met Dr. Nelson who was incredibly nice. When I heard that his treatments did NOT involve twisting, popping, or cracking and that the initial neck scan showed some of the problem areas, I was excited for the chance to have my normal mobility back without all the sharp pains and stiffness.Fast forward to 3 weeks later and even though there is still more to do to correct long term damage, in that short time I’ve noticed that I can sleep normal and comfortably again. I can drive without sharp pains when I look over either shoulder to avoid those pesky drivers that hover in your blind spots. And all of this was accomplished without any painful popping or twisting methods. It’s seriously pain-free and only takes 15-minutes per visit. It’s amazing!Something I realized was that whenever my car starts having troubles, I’d take it into the shop immediately to keep it working the way it’s designed, however I wouldn’t do that for my own body...until now. I have Dr. Nelson and the team at Cadence Chiropractic to thank for that! They are seriously the best!

Ive enjoyed Cadence Chiropractic, I have visited others and I would have anxiety because of the pain other methods cause. I don’t have anxiety, and I feel my back and neck are much healthier and stable.

Best chiropractor Ive ever been to! Ive dealt with neck pain/headaches for a lot of my life, and also after giving birth to my daughter my lower back didnt feel quite like it should. I couldnt stand for any extended period of time without pain and every chiropractor I went to was never able to fully fix it, only give me a few hours of relief at a time. After going to Cadence for a few weeks now I have had zero headaches and my lower back pain is literally gone. This is such an improvement from being incapacitated with a splitting headache every other day. I can actually function in my day to day life! Would highly recommend. The whole Cadence team is personable and amazing. Really glad I found them!

Dr. Marc is the best chiropractor in the American Fork area! The prenatal chiropractic work he did for my wife was amazing! Consistent chiropractic care really helped my wife with the low back pain and pelvic pain commonly seen in pregnancy.
