I have been getting adjustments for a couple years and it has made a big difference in my strength. I spend a lot of time in the outdoors with a pack and can tell when things are needing fixed. Dr. Pack is amazing. Both of my daughters were injured during their tennis season. One of them had a knee injury at the beginning of the season and the other had a shoulder injury right before state. The one with the knee injury played pain free all season! Dr. Pack actually came to other my daughters practice to work on her shoulder because we didnt have time to meet any other way! She went to state and had no problems with her shoulder. I recently had back pain and he came and worked on me and for the first time in many months, my back isnt hurting. I met Dr. Pack in 2017. I was desperate to see why my 1 year old son was only sleeping in 2-4 hour stretches. In his little life he had only slept through the night twice. I was desperate for sleep. I could tell he was reacting to different foods, but since he was not losing weight, our pediatrician was not concerned. A friend told me about NAET.I was referred to Dr. Pack. He came to my home and within 4 visits (which we crammed into a week and a half) my son was sleeping through the night. It was truly amazing.My son is now 3. I call Dr. Pack whenever something seems out of order. My son was regressing in sleep, waking up around 4 every morning. After about 1 month of this I had Dr Pack come- out of desperation. I wasnt even sure if NAET could help. He was here yesterday, last night was the first night that my son stayed in his room from 8pm-7am in over a month. He did wake up at 530, but went back to sleep in his own bed. Without a fight.I am so thankful I found Dr. Pack.

Dr. Pack is an incredible chiropractor and an amazing person! After my 6th and last child I could not get myself back to normal. I had headaches. I couldnt sleep. I had brain fog. Dr. Pack is so amazing! He has helped me so much with some muscle pain and allergies. I have suffered with a coconut sensitivity for a long time which made it difficult to use coconut oil with all its health benefits. I was unsure at first if it would even work, but Dr. Pack treated me for this allergy and IT WORKED! I can now enjoy things with coconut or coconut oil that I couldn’t before! Dr. Pack is skilled, very kind (and not pushy), and has a flexible schedule. I have a bulging disk and recently, the surrounding muscles decided to seize up and leave me bed-ridden or limping around the house when I had to do something. Dr. Pack was able to come TO MY HOUSE the very day I called him for help. He brought his mobile chiropractor table and did chiropractic manipulation and muscle reactivation. I was a little sore for the next few days (as he said I would be), but recovered quite quickly. He has followed up with me via text since the appointment a couple of times and has given me some advice and stretches to do.

I visited Dr. Pack for ongoing hip pain, after being referred by my massage therapist. I call Dr. Pack my voodoo doctor because the difference I feel is magical. I’ve seen many physicians and sought many treatments trying to heal the pain in my hip that seemed to come from nowhere, but nothing helped. What I discovered is that some of my muscles just quit working because of the chronic pain. Dr. Pack can turn them back on. I wish I had known about him sooner. Dave was very prompt and professional with my visit. He explained what he was going to do to help my neck and jaw pain and I felt immediate relief with my neck and my jaw pain has greatly subsided. Dr Pack is amazing! We started the allergy treatments with our 12 year old son who could barely walk outside during the summer without feeling terrible. When I moved to Seattle in 1975 he referred me to Dr Stoutenberg who brought in a new doctor, Lauren Mclheran who became our family friend and doctor for forty years. Since he retired recently my son highly recommended Dr Pack in Utah to continue my chiropractic care. Im still living in Seattle, Im now 67yrs old and recently put myself into a state of chronic lower back pain I could not escape. Im sure that delivering and placing forty-five tons of crushed rock and topping that with six yards of concrete had a strong relationship to my recent return of severe low back pain. Dr Pack is skilled not only in effective treatment methods but more importantly he is able to stimulate muscles and nerves associated with troubled areas and promote strengthening that lasts long after treatment has been administered. Dr. Pack and his wife, Darla have literally changed my life! I was having major digestive problems (eating gluten and dairy free with still no relief) and I was in desperate need of some help. My parents were so bummed when realizing I was extremely allergic to their new dog even though it was “hypoallergenic”. Dr. Pack definitely has finesse in his profession. Some chiros are rough and youre left sore for days. After my adjustment, I felt immediate relief with minimal soreness...normal. He also worked with one of my daughters incapacitating allergies, and reactivating muscles around my other daughters knees. Each of us experienced quick improvement. In addition to being a great chiropractor, Dr. Pack is professional, kind, and a man of sound character. We are so happy he was recommended to us.

Dr pack has helped me improve tremendously! For years I have had severe pain in my back, and recently I rolled my ankle and it just has not been strong since. Dr. Pack is amazing at what he does! My son is a competitive swimmer and when he injures his shoulder or back, Dr. Pack uses his muscle activation and has him back in the water the next day and with full strength! It is amazing the difference he has made for my son and his athletic performance! He has also treated my children for food allergies with amazing results! I dont know what I would do without him! Dr Pack 1st adjusted my back and neck. Then by discussing my history with him and doing a couple simple test he found and worked to reactivate a muscle in my lower back that has bothered me for months. Other chiropractic offices wanted to continue treatments that only seamed to help for a few days. Being a golfer it is important to me to have full flexibility and strength. It has been a year now and have not had trouble with it since. Through stretching and strengthening my core it has been really good. I still get regular adjustments from time to time and by making house calls it works for my schedule as well.

I have had trouble with my shoulder and hip for years. I have been seeing Dr Pack since November of 2017. Dr Pack is amazing and has so much knowledge and he has been able to help me. I had injured my right upper arm and right hip. Dr. Pack has helped me and my family so much. From treating food and seasonal allergies, to muscle pain and problems, as well as general chiropractic. He treats you like family. I originally contacted Dr. Pack to see if he could treat a rash that I had. I had it for about 2 years and tried several different treatments, including creams, medications, food elimination diet, etc. Nothing worked over the course of those 2 years. Then I tried muscle testing and allergy elimination with Dr. Pack. After about 5 treatments total, my rash started to go away. It took a few weeks after my last treatment for it to completely disappear but now its 100% gone! Would highly recommend trying this if youve exhausted other efforts and nothing seems to work. Dr. Pack was very knowledgeable about the treatment, and helped answer lots of question as well.

I had severe sciatic nerve pain for 12 weeks. Ive had average sciatic nerve pain twice, so I mean when I say, I had SEVERE pain. I went to my doctor. I was on two different muscle relaxers, steroids, tried acupuncture twice, accupressure mats, and chiropractic adjustments. I did physical therapy exercises. Nothing lasted even an hour. I was on pain meds around the clock to even function!I was referred to Dr. Pack. I received treatment and I was 90 to 95% better after the first appointment! I was completely better after 2nd appointment! I cant say enough good about this talented and good man. I refer him highly!

I’m a runner and have had vague hip pain for four months. My shoulder felt loose and unstable after hurting it. Dr. Pack is not your average chiropractor. After listening to my long history of chronic pain and all the many things that I am doing to help myself, I was impressed with his knowledge, choice of treatment plans for me and thorough explanations for it and to my questions. He has a gentle demeanor that put me at ease immediately. As an empathic psychotherapist, I am very good at reading people and I am comfortable with everything about him. He is currently working on the links between fibromyalgia pain and food intolerances in my body. My pain levels are reversing and so are my food intolerances. Most notably, since childhood (Im 51 years old) I would feel sick after eating eggs, especially in the morning. A few months ago he cleared this and I have been eating eggs with ZERO problems any time of the day. I am looking forward to being able to eat my favorite nightshade vegetables (tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, etc) without it triggering the fibromyalgia flares when we get to that step. With these step by step changes, it is renewing my hope that I might have a future with more freedom from pain and unnecessary food reactions than I have had in decades.
