The Market Street Pharmacy in Amarillo is absolutely terrible. Multiple times they have shorted me syringes for my testosterone injections. Twice they have given my prescription away when I have asked to hold it due to travel. They dont carry what my DR recommends so the price went up about $30/ 10 vials. They seldom make notes or call you back when you need them too. I asked for text notifications and they called 5 days in a row while I was at a conference. This Pharmacy need a total manager makeover. I have been a customer for 8 years and I recently had to switch to CVS because of poor service.

Been going for years and the past year has been the absolute worst experience. They never have my medicine. I just waited 10 days and I went to pick it up and guess what they didnt have it.not only that but THEY DONT KNOW WHEN. This is unacceptable especially since I have to get pre authorization which takes a day. If you cant keep medicine stocked COMMON medicine then take your pharmacy out of untied.this may be harsh but its true.

Was willing to help me apply for account. Which is awesome for me. Very accepting of my 160 lb great Dane service dog. Which her and I are getting used to each other. Oh my she was a handful💕

This pharmacy used to be staffed with great pharmacists and associates who were interested in customers and service. Regrettably, there has apparently been a change for the worst, at least our last visit proved this to be so. After a frustrating 40 minutes with no good problem resolution (we dont have enough pills to fill your script, get what we have and come back tomorrow. Repeated verbatim over four times by cashier. Ah, no. Just out of surgery, drive over 35 miles home, then go back the following day?). Took scripts across the street to Walgreens. Fast, lower price and great customer service. We feel better already.
