I worked here for three weeks and they lack a training person or anything resembling a proper training procedure then fire you one day after not so much as any type of feedback that you are not living up to their expectations. I am a Covid long hauler who was an essential caregiver/nurse during covid and I developed brain fog as a result so my mental status fluctuates and I would have appreciated the feedback rather than what I did get from them which was pulled into the office and terminated and then she refused to tell me why at first. Who does that? I appreciate that I was not catching on but I was told that there was patience in training and understanding. I got neither. I thought I would at least get feedback first. It is fine though because I am ok in life but I feel for anyone who actually will rely on this paycheck in the future. They will do what they have to for the benefit of the group and not consider anyone else. I might also mention that these women live and breathe this company and the hours are long. If you are not willing to live and die for this company like them, avoid at all costs!!!!!!!

Just read what they are into and who they are located near. Nuff said. I dont have anything against them as actually looking at job postings and got creeped out because of the euphemismistic, sugar coated, cold, science at all cost overtone the sites Link descriptions, and job listings. PS the site could use a second pair of eyes... Couple of bad links resulting in pretty inconveniences that were circular, and superfluous as someone trying to get information in a clear and concise manner. And some job listings literally had no descriptions or titles that were visible/present.
