Dr Bradford is excellent. He’s a great dr who really cares about his patients. The only problem is his office staff, I was scheduled an appointment in multiple months advance and was given no type of notice and honestly forgot about the appointment ( I did ask when we scheduled it, if they would notify me and was told they would) They tried to fine me 50 dollars for not showing up and dr Bradford waived that fee, dr Bradford told me at that time he was having a difficult time with his office staff and that I wasn’t the only one, This unfortunately happened again and when I called to dispute it she was very rude and accused me of being cheap and unreliable. Then threatened me with sending it to collections because I asked her to have Dr Bradford review it (because of how professional and understanding he was the first Time), Then I received a dismissal and have been completely let go and they will not see me as a patient at all anymore . It’s my understanding that office has had this problem to the point that they have had multiple change of personnel in their reception/billing. If you have health problems I recommend not going to this office in case you are dropped for trying to dispute a ridiculous collection. Or if your a current patient you better pay every single thing they ask of you or you’ll be let go and without a pcp. It’s a shame because I was under the care of one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen and because of this I’m now lost trying to figure things out with a new dr and I’m actually having some serious issues and I’m having to wait months to be seen by a new dr who doesn’t know me or my history and it’s honestly terrifying. If I could go back I would have just paid it!!!

Dr. Bradford embodies professionalism, compassion, and wisdom, all characteristics that I prioritize in my doctor. He is knowledgeable and takes great care to understand a problem rather than make assumptions. He is incredibly efficient with his time, but he never makes me feel rushed. He takes time to get to know me and invests in my life. I am so grateful for Dr. Bradford!

Made us wait over a MONTH to find out if he even approved my gf to be taken on as a new patient, just to get DENIED because she is diabetic and recently became pregnant. 😠Even if approved, would have had to wait another 2 MONTHS to even be seen by him as a new patient.Cant say he is a bad Dr or anything, but his entire process trying to become a new patient of his is beyond ridiculous..

I chose Dr. Bradford after many hours of reading reviews and viewing his website. His pholosophies were in line with mine and his reviews were excellent. When I made the decision I was in a hospital. I called and asked about his accepting me as a new Medicare patient, and asked specifically about my insurance coverage. It took me 3 weeks to get medical records sent to him for his review, which included my insurance information. I was pleased when his office informed me that he had accepted me. My first appointment with him, however, could not be scheduled for another 5 weeks. Well, today was my appointment date and I received a call this morning that Dr. Bradford and his wife had decided to not accept my insurance. I could certainly be seen as a private pay, but when I explained I could not afford care outside of my insurance, there was nothing they could do. I understand policies can change, but not after I had waited so long to be seen for a serious condition, had been accepted, and certainly not the morning of the appointment. Everyone I talked to told me that I had made a perfect choice. Dr. Bradford may be an excellent doctor - I will never know. His review process and patient loyalty are very lacking.

This is the best doctor I have ever had out of all of my doctors. He takes the time to listen, he thinks of the body as a whole working machine and doesnt just address the symptoms, and is willing to work with other specialists when needed for your overall health. He is very polite and respectful to his patients. I couldt ask for a better physician.

Dr Bradford was wonderful with Scott when he was so ill before he passed away. He is so thorough and explains things in laymans terms so I can understand. He is also very caring and considerate of my time. Ive never had to wait very long.

The friendliest, most courteous family physician I have ever encountered. Dr. Bradford always makes me feel my time is important. Today, another patient had a serious medical issue that came up suddenly. As soon as possible, Dr. Bradford personally peeked in to explain the delay. Ive never had a physician do that! The office staff is friendly as well. If he is still taking new patients, you need to let him take care of your medical needs!

I have been going to Dr. Bradford for a few years now. I have also been recommending him because he takes the time to listen to what you are saying and not rushing through the appointment. Also, rarely have to wait.

I sent an employee who had for years had severe stomach problems, seen numerous doctors and spent thousands to no avail. Ako correctly diagnosed his problem and on one visit proscribed medicine that as my employee said made him 100 per cent better I have known him since he was a resident, after he passed his boards he was studying when I met him for lunch. I asked why now after all your goals are met. he said he wanted to always be current on the latest information. I can assure you he is.

Dr. Ako Bradford is the most professional, thorough and attentive Dr. that I have ever gone to. He has a friendly office staff and a nice office. Keep up the great work Dr. Bradford and team.
