If I could give no star or negative stars, I would. I explained to the woman who answered the phone that my husband who has esophageal cancer had a new feeding tube placed today and I urgently needed a 60cc syringe to flush his tubing. She very rudely told me I need a prescription for one. I said I don’t need a needle, just the syringe. They hand out small ones at Walmart for free without a prescription. But she didn’t even let me finish my sentence before she cut me off and said she would ask her pharmacist and put me on hold. She came back in a few seconds and told me her pharmacist said I needed a prescription. Sorry but my husbands life is on the line and if you don’t even know that you can buy a syringe at Gebos or any feed store in town you should absolutely change your line of work. I will NEVER give them $1 of my money. Brit Care sold me two. Without a Dr. Visit.
