I went in to get my DOT physical and they failed me. They said my blood pressure was to high. I had my blood pressure taken again that same day by someone else and it was just slightly over normal. Do NOT go here they are scammers. They put the cuff on arm to tight so it reads way higher than it is. They should be reported to the medical board for taken advantage of people!!!!!!

I contacted Prime Medical Testing because I was in need of a post-accident drug and alcohol test for an employee working in the area. I was told a collector wasnt available at the moment, but she would pass along my info to the collector and I should expect a call back shortly. An hour later, I still hadnt received a call. I called back but it was after hours and I got the answering service. The next day, I called AGAIN to talk to a manager or supervisor. I was promised a call back within 5 or 10 minutes but that call never came. Do not call on Prime Medical if your need is urgent or time sensitive. Their customer service is in dire need of improvement. I will not be calling on them again.

The facility is ran done. Went in for a dot med card and I wouldn’t ever want to go back the lady that did mine was unruly. Place was grossssss.

Ive used them for the last several years for my d.o.t. physicals and drug screens. They are fast efficient and reasonable. Cant reccomend them enough

Every year I go for a DOT physical at Prime. They do their best to try and fail me every time. I wont go back again. If you need a physical I suggest Dr. Uy at I40 first Urgent Care.

My experience was poor. I and a coworker were taken to prime for a random drug screen yesterday (Friday june 27, 2014). I suspect that Prime may have given my coworker access to my empty urine specimen vial and allowed him to contaminate/tamper with it for racial reasons. Now it is Saturday and I cannot find a medical testing facility that is open so as to pay for my own urinalysis.

Called to try and set up an appointment to get a replacement medical card and the woman that answered gave me a bunch of false information and I called back three times and the same worthless woman answered Im currently looking for somewhere else to get one this place doesnt care about the little guy
