They have caring employees, and a good delivery service. Pay for your prescriptions over the phone if you have a co-pay and then they will deliver or you can pay cash, small bills please

I can not express how much I appreciate you and the help your team offered.I have been working with your compound pharmacy tech and she was fabulous to find the medications I needed for a patient in order to achieve the therapy needed and it worked out perfectly. Ive used this pharmacy for years, although not by choice. The customer service is definitely lacking, and its not uncommon for there to be a mix up or mistake. Hours of operation are inconvenient as they open at 9 and close BY 6 weekdays and the only weekend hours are Sat until 1pm. Dont arrive near closing time, as they will shut the window right on you! I would get prescriptions filled elsewhere if possible, especially if you value being appreciated as a patron, work past 5, or need service on the weekend...

My prescriptions are correct, but the lack of customer service is appalling. I don’t know if it is because I am through an agency where my meds are paid for, but I have had nothing but rude service since I started filling here about a month ago. Locally owned, and wanting to support that, but wow!! We come to pharmacies to fill medicine we need. Respect that. And don’t cut people off, disconnect abruptly or tell people things will happen when they won’t...especially when the medicine you are filling for said individuals are for ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION! Great job guys!! Way to make those conditions worse for your customers, when they can’t get their dang meds from y’all with timeframes or respect!

As one of the oldest pharmacies in Amarillo it has definitely seen better days as far as reliable, courteousness, friendliness and promptness of getting orders filled. Unfortunately in todays modern society they are nothing more than just a cog in the wheel of Pharmaceutical companies that are after your money. Nuff said.

I was looking for a nearby pharmacy that provided immunizations. After having a pleasant phone call with one of their staff I was able to find out that they could provide the vaccine I required. I walked to their convenient Location and was in and out in about 15 minutes. As a plus they checked with my insurer to see if the vaccine was covered, much to my pleasure it was. Their location is clean and pleasant, as soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped. I will be coming back if I have pharmacy needs in the future.

The delivery service is excellent. Kindness,patience,and chivalry are definitely present with the delivery service.

I have had several ongoing experiences with Martin-Tipton Pharmacy over the past several months and I have found them to be most helpful and accommodating. They have filled my prescriptions very quickly and have delivered them the same day. They also supply me with groceries and household goods and not only deliver but helped me establish an account with them. Being on Social Security and Medicare, these services help me extend my ability to live comfortably each month. I enjoy their personnel very much, particularly Luis, who is my primary contact. I highly recommend them to anyone in a similar situation to mine.

They are always very helpful and fast! They have filled and delivered perscriptions to our door step in less than 2 hours. They also have an EXTREALMY helpful service where they package my dads medicine with individual dates and times for the whole month. Then they deliver it to him. So he does not get confused on if and when he has taken his meds! All for no extra charge!! What an awesome service has literally saved my dad from going to a nursing home! Thanks for all you guys do.

I have been going Martin_Tipton for more than a decade. I have been treated with the upmost respect always and always greeted as a friend. I live 25 miles from the store and there hours are not like the big chains but that will never make me ever change pharmacies. I have gone into big chains with an order that would litterally take minutes to fill and asked to come back the next day. I have never had that experience at Martin-Tipton. They are a valuable business to our community!!
