LaDon, Clarke, and the entire staff at Central Bark were wonderful. It was our dogs first time staying at Central Bark, and I was so pleased to see the spacious, spotlessly clean facility and play areas! I was extremely pleased with all of the love and play time given to all of the dogs. My boys had a great time!

The first time we came here they did such an awesome job. It was a little pricey though so I tried some other places in town, but the saying is true. “You get what you pay for”. They have an awesome team here that genuinely LOVES dogs. They treat you and your pet like family from the moment you walk in and when you leave. It’s clean, professional and they ensure the dogs are vaccinated before they see them. Parvo is a real problem in Amarillo, so I appreciate that. Megan grooms my mini Aussie and I highly, highly recommend her. Great and ethical business, 10/10.

Maisie has thrived at Central Bark Amarillo! She is our 6.5 year old Border Collie that was becoming an afternoon napper and losing interest in playing. After 4 months once a week of structured play with enrichment she has become more focused and confident around new people as well as other dogs. Her energy is better and its like she got her sense of humor back. The staff is amazingly caring and well trained to work with the pups in a positive manner. Also, we have had good results with grooming. I was skeptical of Doggy Daycare at first but now I am a believer.

This was our first and last time boarding at Central Bark. We thought the prices on the sign were insane ($50/dog overnight) but they neglected to inform us of the additional fees. We had 3 small dogs kept overnight, dropped off and picked up on time, and it cost us almost $200. And that was after a discount. In addition to it costing THREE TIMES MORE than our usual boarder, the dogs less excited to see us and more excited to get out of there. The only reason Im not giving a 1 star rating is because it seemed clean and the people seemed nice. We will not be returning.

Complete and utter insanity. It was like a circus with no ringmaster. Everyone blames the person that isnt working that day for the comedy of errors. I can deal with alot but not the continuous lying directly to my face. Then trying to deflect by telling you their woes. WTH!

Excellent for my puppy. She receives such loving attention!

I have taken my dog to Central Bark for the past 6 months for enrichment daycare weekly. He was a rescue pup who did not have the best life his first few months, so the socialization he gets at Central Bark has been critical to his development. Every interaction with Central Bark staff has been positive and professional. It is a good feeling knowing my dog is taken such good care of while at Central Bark and is showered with love and treats while playing with all of his canine friends and handlers/trainers. My dog loves Central Bark so much that when it is a daycare day and I mention going to “The Bark” to my dog he gets super excited and runs to the front door. He is always in a good mood when I pick him up and exhausted from all of the fun play at Central Bark.I have also had the pleasure of having my dog stay the night for many nights for “Stay and Play” while I have been out of town, and will say that it was excellent as I got text updates and photos of how my dog was doing while I was gone. The final service I have used at Central Bark is nail trimming, filing and will say that his nails were trimmed as short as safely possible and all of the edges were smooth. Their grooming staff is wonderful. My favorite thing about Central Bark is sweet Holly that is there to greet me at the front desk. She radiates joy and can turn my day from dreary to bright...of course, this is honestly the truth with every staff member I have met at Central Bark. I love that my dog is special and loved at Central Bark and look forward to being a part of the Central Bark family for a long time to come.

They do a great job getting to know the dogs and letting you know how they are doing each day. Staff is really friendly.

This groomer is hands down the best in town!

100% Recommended!Everyone at Central Bark has been amazing with our puppy, Taos. We have been taking her since they opened. They are caring and take great care of her during her time in the enrichment daycare. She gets so excited as soon as we start to pull up to the building and runs with excitement to all the employees. We couldn’t have asked for a better business or a more caring and wonderful group of people to help our puppy learn and grow!

My dog LOVES going to Central Bark. He gets all excited in the car when we come up to the exit knowing that it’s his day to go. He is not only physically stimulated but intellectually stimulated as well. He is so tired when he comes home that he sleeps the entire next day. If you knew my dog ”Blu” you would know that says a lot with all the energy he has. I have been to other doggy daycare facilities in Amarillo and this is by far the best!!! Friendly and caring staff!

My dog started out nervous to be left anywhere and now he seriously cannot wait to go into central bark! He gets so excited to see the wonderful staff and meet new friends! I definitely recommend to anyone who needs a sitter for their pup!

Mavis loves going to Bark Central. It gives her much needed time with other dogs. The staff loves her and it shows.

My dog has been going to Central Bark 5 days a week for a couple of months now and we LOVE it. LaDon, Clarke, Robert, Holly and all the handlers are amazing. My guy is loved on and well taken care of every single day and has learned so much. We are so happy to have Central Bark here in Amarillo!

Take my dog to doggy daycare once a week to get him socialized. Very friendly staff, I really like how they approach introducing dogs to each other, staff seem to take a genuine interest with my dog.

Everyone that works there are cheerful and helpful! They take wonderful care of the animals and actually care about them.

We love Central Bark and everyone there. Our Blue Heeler Drago has become more playful, more social. Our Piper,the princess, loves all the attention and pampering. Megan is the best groomer.

LaDonna set my nerves ar easy with her professionalism and kindness. She was very informative and kind. When. Sophie P. needed some extra love, Janae and the staff noticed and took care of her. Great experience and great place. Very clean and friendly!

Charged me for a deshedding, bath, blowout and nail clippings. I picked up my dog, and was asked to tip the groomer before I even saw the work. I leave and notice immediately that my dog is damp and shedding more so then when I dropped her off. I return and asked why this was and the groomer told me my dog “was too afraid of the blow dry” so she wasn’t able to dry her. Then upon getting home I notice that my dogs nails aren’t trimmed either. So I call and the groomer tells me “oh yea she was too afraid of the clippers so I didn’t clip them either”... If you’re looking for a lying, dishonest, incompetent, dog groomer who will steal your money and return your dog smellier than before, Central Bark is your place!
