Ms. Salcido is very sweet and appears very knowledgeable but thats The only positive that I can really share. This is the second time that Ive gotten here on time only to have to wait 45 minutes to an hour before getting in. While they are not rude the office staff are not friendly at all. Theres an excellent chance that I will be looking around for another dermatologist.

I went to this office 3 times and each time it was an unnecessarily long wait. I would show up ten minutes before my appointment and still had to wait forty minutes to be seen. On top of that, they rarely ever answer their phones. The last time I went to their office, I called to check in and they told me they called me to reschedule my appointment to later that day, EVEN THOUGH THEY HADNT CALLED ME. I will be finding a new dermatologist in Amarillo, one that actually answers the phone and gets me in in a timely manner.

Took my wife a while back and she had a horrible unprofessional experience. Hopefully things have changed.

My experience has been pleasant. I recently had surgery to remove a cancerous spot. Genie Salcido made me feel very comfortable and the staff was great as well.
