This visit was for a routine cleaning. They got me in and out fast, the hygienist was friendly and efficient, and the job was done to perfection. I have always been very pleased with the services of Dr. Vaughan and his associates. I lost my company dental plan when I transitioned to Medicare, so Im pay as you go now.They even gave me a cash discount! Much appreciated.

I was a patient of Dr. Everett Blanton, whom I loved. When he retired, Dr. Vaughan took over Dr. Blantons patients. That was over 20+ years ago. Dr. Vaughan immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. I trust him and feel confident that he will take care of my dental needs in the best possible way. He has filled my cavities and made crowns and taken excellent care of my dental needs. He is caring and makes going to the dentist a good experience. His staff is wonderful and caring as well. My dental hygienist, Gena, is excellent at what she does. I actually enjoy having my teeth cleaned! My husband was going to another dentist and when that dentist retired he wasnt pleased with the level of care he was receiving and is now seeing Dr. Vaughan. We are both well-pleased with Dr. Vaughan and wouldnt want to go to anyone else. The atmosphere at his office is comfortable and welcoming. Highly recommend Dr. Vaughan!

My first visit to Dr. Vaughans office was pleasant and thorough. The staff greeted me when I entered and were cordial and efficient throughout. Gena, my dental hygienist, did a great job cleaning and examining my teeth with professional finesse. She was sensitive to my comments regarding two or three problems that brought me into the office and referred them to Dr. Vaughan who later looked at her work as well as checking potential trouble spots. He also reviewed with me the x-rays of all my teeth and showed me excellent photographic images too. All in all an upbeat and even enjoyable time! I look forward to my next visit in a year!

The team, especially Robin my hygienist, pays close attention to my stress level and dental needs. They don’t force me into procedures but let me know what to expect As my teeth age. As a result I have been progressively calmer about my appointments as the years go by. Good job guys!

Everyone in the office is great and very helpful dealing with insurance. I love the hygienists, they are very skilled and so gentle. I have been to many dentists over the years, and I am somewhat terrified of them, I am sure my finger prints are still imprinted on many of the other dentist chair armrest where I gripped so tightly that I permanently distorted the plastic. Dr Vaughan and his staff are a new experience for me. No pain, no stress, expert work, and professional results.I do not review many folks or business, but these people are exceptional. I came to find Dr Vaughan from a customer of mine that works in the dental field, he told me that when a dentist goes to see a dentist, it is Dr Vaughan they go to. you can not get a better reference than that.

After buying Dr. Armstrong’s dental service, Dr. Vaughan’s dental service began to push me for a teeth cleaning. This wasn’t out of the ordinary except for their aggressiveness in pursuing me to come in. I admire aggressive sales. Can’t really complain except that when I came in for a cleaning, it seemed like I was a number as soon as I walked in the door. They demanded my insurance ( though they had purchased that information from Dr. Armstrong and had not asked me to bring it in with me) and I ended up waiting for a while.The cleaning was fantastic. That was, at least, a professional demonstration by this office.Dr. Vaughan did not check the work of his staff afterward. Dr. Vaughan couldn’t even be bothered to greet his new patients he had acquired from Dr. Armstrong. I paid a co-pay of $33 dollars when I left there. They scheduled another appointment.Afterward, I received a follow up bill for $95 with a note on the bottom letting me know my insurance has been billed as well. I wrote them a letter to let them know I would not be back. I will not pay $128 dollars out of pocket after a dentist has billed my insurance! That’s over three times the amount I paid for a cleaning with Dr. Armstrong.They sent me a second bill for $58 dollars. After calling their office to pay, the second bill of $58 dollars was all they required. Total cost out of pocket even with insurance was $91 dollars for a cleaning.I thanked them for the great cleaning they gave me and I asked them to cancel the appointment they made for me in June. Their response was to thank me for my compliment on their cleaning.I will seek other dental care with less focus on demanding money and more focus on the patient.

Dr. Vaughan built a splint for my TMJ and it is awesome! I have had problems with my jaw for years and no one was helping me fix it. He built me an appliance that is comfortable enough to wear all day and night and you cant tell I have it in! Best experience ever!
