Awesome and kid friendly! My children have been coming here since they opened and Ive never had a problem with them. Staff and dentist are nice and usually go that extra mile to make it easier for us to get them all in on the same day with 2 appointments an hour apart but it usually takes less than that to get all the kids in for a check-up. Great place if you have children especially if its their 1st time and you need a new dentist!!!

I have never had a good experience with a dentist, and because of that I have a high anxiety when I go, I just know theyre going to hurt me. So I usually wait till the very last minute. It had been over 5 years since Id seen the dentist I want to get established. Well before I could do that I broke a tooth. So now I had to choose a dentist. I chose Oneida Dental because of their reviews and after yesterday Im so glad I did.I went on Saturday 6/5. The staff here is amazing. They saw I was nervous and was so considerate. They consistently checked on my while I was waiting. They didnt do anything without explaining to me first what they were doing and just made the experience so much easier, BUT there was still the doctor...Not purposely, but every dentist Ive had, has always been male. This time the dentist here was female I didnt know what to think. Let me tell you, this lady is amazing! Her bedside manners show that she seriously cares about her patients. She was the only dentist that I saw was there that day, she told me her name but I was so nervous I cant remember it. I had a tooth extracted and was prepared (like before) to have pain during the extraction, but I didnt! She is really good at what she does.Anyone with anxiety of going to the dentist needs to go here!

The whole experience was great. The young lady at the desk was kind and helpful. The Dentist and his staff was very helpful and took there time to explain everything. Very professional and did a great job with removing my tooth.

Drove from Dumas to Amarillo because the front desk registration quoted us a price to have a tooth extraction done. When we get there she tells us there is a charge for a basic service and doesnt want to tell us what else they will charge. It went from a $44 service charge to extra $200 then a final price of $388 for a simple extraction. This office needs to be more clear so they dont waste peoples time giving false quotes. Aggravating!!! There customer service is bad!!!

Went to Oneida last week, very friendly staff, the assistants explained my treatment plan so well I had no questions after. The dr was so understanding as well. They are so patient and sweet!!

Everytime I come here they are late/running behind. Then the last visit I was late due to an emergency and they cancelled my appointment after i explained this to them and I told them i had to come all the way from Canyon. Basically, even though the receptionist over the phone told me it was fine, when I got there I was told to reschedule.

Aracelli and the whole staff were super super friendly! They helped me extract my tooth they took me right in and got the job done. I for sure will be back here

If you need dentures DO NOT GO HERE! they will take 8+ months and still give you dentures that arent yours and try to convince you otherwise, despite them falling out of your mouth! Then lie about you needing to pay (when its 100% covered by your insurance), and that they spoke to your insurance when they didnt! This place is a joke.

In the past I would have given a good review but recently they pulled the WRONG TOOTH & its in the front of my mouth for Gods sake so u can imagine the anguish. I feel like they should pay for me to replace my current partial in order to make it appropriate to cover the space where they pulled THE WRONG TOOTH ,but nope. It affects me every day of my life

Absolutely one of the best places for dental care. I had several extractions and will be fitted for dentures. The staff is very courteous and friendly. They really pay attention to your needs while making sure you are comfortable and without pain. I would highly recommend giving them a visit.

I was horrified to get a tooth extraction but ended up going to Oneida. They did their absolute best to make it as comfortable as possible. The rates were extremely well also, Ill be going back for sure.

My children & I had an awesome experience at Oneida Dental. They are 100% kid friendly. Their entire office is set-up for kids, from having tablets in the waiting area for kids to play with while waiting to offering kids snacks but most importantly both dentists are very professional, knowledgeable and patient. They truly make you feel special by taking the time to explain every detail of the consultation. At the end of the consultation you feel great and not just another patient. I recommend them 100% to everyone!

Oneida dental has been THE best dental experience my five kiddos have ever experienced!! .. quick! Same day work if needed..they take each childs anxiety into consideration and really make their experience positive!!... will not choose another dentist!

I had a horrible experiment with dentist Garcia the last time I took my daughter. He rushed through and not even care to take time taking a closer looked at my daughter’s teeth. He had communication with her at all. I think I will change to a different dentist place the next visit.

I went to this dental because I got chip. My other dental place said that I couldn’t get Invisalign because we would have to pull out four teeth and would have to get braces. As I went here they told me that I should get Invisalign and I would not have to remove any teeth. The staff is really nice and respectful, they were very understanding.

Just left there because my husband was scheduled for a cleaning at 4:30 which according to them it wasnt until 5:00 anyways thats besides the point..When we walked in were talking to the receptionist when the so called manager Esmeralda butted in and was absolutely the most unprofessional and rudest person ever all because I told them his appointment was at 4:30 and not 5:00. As long as she continues to work there I refuse to go back and give them my business..

It was a good experience I like how they took their time to make sure if we were okay while they were checking our teeths and how gentle they were also I like how if we were nervous they would try to make us feel comfortable and make see that they were not gonna do no harm to us it was a great experience
