I don’t think they care at all. I called two times and phone just rang and rang. Additional to going there, it was two ppl in the front so what’s wrong with answering the phone? And Ive never went into a work force solution not being able to use fax machine! Like really. I’m used to the ones back home u go in do your thing and leave. This place is to help the community. Their help is no help. Pls put ppl in that actually care in there as well.

If I could give 0 stars I would like the other comments said they never answer the phone and when I went up there the lady at the front desk brushed me off..basically not wanting to help me..seems like she isn’t interested or doesn’t like her job..lazy

Great people doing great work.

I was reluctant to write up a review but after seeing so many negative ones, I decided to go ahead. Seems like the main goal of their day is to talk as many people as they can into coming through the door and signing in on the computer. I was placed on hold for over 4 hours only to be hung up on in the end. And when I departed, the guy who sits at the front desk said, “Hang in there!” whereupon I told him to look at all of the people lying around on the sidewalk with their signs who are also trying to hang in there. They didn’t even have a part-time jobs list!

Very short mannered, especially at the front desk. They do not seem to care too much about the people who come in there looking for a smiling face and support. I have amazing customer service, people and computer skills... Hire me and Ill show you how people are meant to be treated. 😊

I had always heard that the Work Force Solutions was supposed to be a place of resources and friendly staff that are eager to help you get in your feet and help you through the frightening process of being played off from a job of 20 years. Well that was not our experience. The staff teaching the class was really cool because he told you all of the tips to make sure they didnt just jerk you off unemployment. The rest of the staff we dealt with and the counselor that took us back were very rude. She asked at the beginning what was I having a problem with and I never got to answer before she flat out interuptted assigned me 3 classes one being resumes and how to make them when I had already had 3 for specific fields and professionally made. What a poor experience you would get more help on Google

I have been trying to get a hold of my WIOA intake specialist for almost a month now with no success. I’ve called almost every day and have left two voicemails and have yet to receive a call back. It’s just really, really frustrating.
