I visited SuperCuts as a I was traveling through Amarillo. My stylist was Yathrami (Lil Bit). She was sweet, courteous, listened to my hair preferences and overall did a wonderful job. I will definitely visit again next time Im through town.

For a trim or basic hair cut. Ideal no problems anything else I would have another location to make it happen. From my experience only a few of the employees here are amazing. Overall great place but has its moments.

Before I found Cristina, I absolutely dreaded taking my kids anywhere to get haircuts. Everywhere I took them, they would mess up their hair. But then I came to Supercuts and for the first time I was COMPLETELY satisfied with my boys’ haircuts. I’ve been coming here for 3 years and I won’t go anywhere else. She does an amazing job! And always makes my little boys looks super super good! She’s super friendly and professional. I recommend Supercuts to everyone. If I want a good job done, that’s where I go.

I took my boys to get a cut because their barber was booked. I asked for a fade with 1 on top and 0 bottom.. they literally just did a 1 for their entire head, didnt even bother for an edge up and to top it off my kid has a bold spot because she got the clippers stuck and just pulled it off!!! I paid 45.00 for the worst haircut ever!!! I should of just kept my money!!

Christina is the only one I trust with my hair! In the past I tried a few different stylists and no one ever understood me like she did. Everone there is professional, efficient, and wildly helpful. They give their honest opinion. Weather i like it or not, ha ha ha. I would highly recommend this place. I refuse to go anywhere else!

Some one pulls up, gets out of their car and gets let straight in. I ask, how do you make an appointment like that? Get told, she was here first. I just watched her get out of her car.... I wont ever take my family there again. Which is sad. When Justin worked there we became every other week customers. This new group is snobby and rude.

They do an excellent job when cutting and styling womens hair. Mens hair on the other hand. I would not recommend. They didnt get mine lined up very well and all I needed was a simple high and tight. Men. Go to Sports Clips or somewhere you trust. This is not the place for guys who get crew stly cuts.

Took my 2 yr old grandson for his second haircut. His first was at an expensive shop my son goes to. That place chopped up his hair and cut his ear and neck. The lady at Supercuts was patient and really nice to him. She showed him the clippers . Let him feel the vibration. She gave him a super cute cut and it wasnt overly expensive. Most of all I appreciate that she didnt hurt him.

Rude snobby stuck up that treat you like dirt. Would never reccomend to anyone.

First time there. Will not go back. The wait was very long. Which wouldnt be so bad but they are not very talkative or friendly. My son asked if they could wash his hair first before the cut since he had gel on it. They said no. And so it was painful when they cut it.At the end it wasnt the way he wanted it. Wont go back.

I should have known that its not a real barber shop but still I tried it. When I asked for a haircut the lady didnt know what I wanted and then was sarcastic with me and still didnt give me the cut I asked for. Shoulda went to a real barber..

Not a very good place to get a haircut because when they cut your hair they get your hair soaken wet where youre dripping wet . Then they will ask you if you want your hair blow dry and of course you say yes later to find out they will charge you a fee. Which makes no since when they got your hair that wet to begin with, other places dont make your hair that wet when they cut your hair.

I had someone at JC Penney do my hair bad hair cut I could not comb it so I cut myself I could not do the back so I had supercut fix it. At less I can comb it.

Dont get me wrong I love Supercuts I just dont like the high price for aRegular haircut .

They do a great job but should really listen to what the client wants and make sure as they are cutting your hair.

I am beyond displeased. I have gone in several times and every time its worse I dont like being mean or leaving bad reviews and always give a place a couple of chances thinking maybe it was just a bad day for them but I went in to get my hair dyed black a couple of months back and I guess the lady that time was learning because she left my face all the way down to my eyelids stained with hair dye she could have cleaned it off as she dyed my hair but chose to ignore it and I not being demanding thought she would at least eventually and Of course she did not so I still tipped her about $30 when I paid $60 because I felt bad for her. This time I went in to get my split ends cut off and the lady there cut my hair shorter then what I had indicated she also managed to cut a whole piece off of the front and only on one side, it is also very uneven from the back. So thanks super cuts for making me look like I got my hair chewed on by a donkey and leaving my face look like I rubbed charcoal on it!

Hit or miss with these types of barbers shop hard to create a schedule around barbers since they mostly come and go.

This place is not good every time I go there and ask for something they mess it up I asked them to wax my eye brows and they are both very uneven and i asked them to cut around3 inches of hair off they cut at least around 5 inches of hair
